Huikeat näkymät ja hyvä sijainti
Sijainti oli hyvä, metrolle pääsee ratikalla helposti ja läheisillä kaduilla pieniä kojuja ja muuta nähtävää
Hotellihuoneet olivat hieman ahtaat, mutta tasokkaat. Ainoastaan vessa/suihku oli älyttömän ahdas. Muuten oli siistiä. Alakerrassa hissipojat valvovat ihmisten kulkua, mikä oli ihan turvallisen oloista. Näkymät huoneesta olivat huikeat. Aamiaisbuffet ei kuulunut meillä hintaan, mutta oli ihan perustasoa kun kerran ostimme erikseen.

Find out this time staff's attitude not maintained
The first experience in your hotel was between one-two months ago. The receptionist was better serving me but this time the staff their service was not professional and regret to say they were not communicating face to face with the guest, in which in hospitality service is a bias. Knowing your hotel is warmly welcoming mainlanders and expats, but all guest should be treated equally. Hope hotel could remedy the situation by providing training or retraining to front staff, including the senior supervisor if not manager.

Services quite so so
Services in this hotel are very bad - including pre check-in queries and check out follow up queries. The services are totally unacceptable. Yet the services and assistance from Agoda are very useful and delivered in a timely manner

OK hotel, but the one staff in front office is so rude
I stayed for 3 days for holidays with family. Room is OK although small (standard in HK). Food in breakfast are also OK with friendly waitress helping us with our small kids. However one of staff in front office is so rude and unfriendly. First time during my check in and later after check out with the same person (I remember her name and can provide it to the hotel management if requested)

Tiny rooms .. And very basic standards. Not worth the money
The harbour view gets obstructed because of another building..but can be seen from higher floors only. Rooms are very very small

Definitely not value for money.
This must be one of the worse accommodation I have occupied. The room was extremely small not even a place for a suitcase. The toilets and showers are disgusting, breakfasts are disgusting. Definitely not a recommendation to anyone, I have have stayed at Best Westerns globally before but have never experienced anything of such level.
