Location and Pool
Location very near Sogo and MTR Free hotel transfer with airport express Room and wifi are good

Short break
Hotel location is a of a walking distance to the MTR but there are many shops,eateries to keep you busy to notice the distance. Rooms are small but have seen smaller in HK. As expected, having no breakfast did not dampen the mood as there are many more good food within walking distance.

the location is great for food and shopping. the room is nice
they are shops and restaurants around the area. The hotel looks old from the outside, but the room was nice and spacious compare to those in Causeway Bay

Great Location
Upgraded to Executive Club with breakfast n transfer.Very comfortable stay.Should have more varieties in the afternoon coctails,otherwise excellent.

Good hotel with spacious room
The hotel room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. From the outside it looks pretty old...but the room is good.

Cleanliness and staff help
Found some of our clothes hidden in the bed one evening - cleaner did not make the bed properly and just pulled up the covers. Three day wait on changing linen unless you complain - all under the guise of environmental friendliness and sustainability....in reality just meaning lower operating costs to the hotel . Concierge assistance was non existent with ongoing requests for taxi assistance, tour guidance and timing, recommendations for good local restaurants and so on.. Rooms are old and tired - grout falling out in the tiles, stains in carpet, etc
