Accord is acclaimed as a five star hotel. I would give it only a 4 star rating due to the staff performance. I did like the room and food but i was very disappointed seeing the staff english standard and there attitude. I am saying this because during my time in Chennai i did visit the other 5 star hotel and was stunned by the staff performance and the standard they hold example ITC Grand, Taj Coramental, Hillton. But i have to say the breakfast was excellent and the food in general was very high standard.

Relaxing. Friendly staff and enjoyable stay
For the price we paid for the deluxe room is worth the money. We enjoyed the stay in the room, room service was good and efficient. Clean room and good breakfast.
