One point to note is that their Beauty Parlour has closed even though there are still signs to it. The concierge happily phoned a local hairdresser for us and showed us on a map how to walk there - quick and easy.

The room was clean and well equipped (appreciated the espresso machine in the room). Welcomed with a nice box of chocolates. Only bad part was the breakfast. The booking included breakfast but it was limited to the breakfast offered in the executive lounge of the hotel, which was a very small buffet, almost o service and poor choice of food. My partner and I are teachers, so we found a good deal on Agoda to stay in a luxury hotel for a few nights. The staff at the hotel are exceptional. They have very good English skills and will do anything for you which is what anyone should expect from a 5 star establishment. The location is fantastic and the view from the downstairs bar is spectacular. The room I felt was a little dated. The carpets in the rooms and the hallways are worn and need to be updated. I also feel that with the great range of skin care and beauty products in Korea, the Westin Hotel could achieve some sort of special deal with a company and improve their products to make it a real 5 star experience. I also feel that the bathroom needs to be altered as it has some pipes exposed and the bath is a standard bath, it should be a spa, it is 5 star, after all. The bed it outstanding and the view ( city view) I feel is better than ocean as at night you can see all the lights of Busan and it is really lovely. As for the room service and price of food and drink in general it is WAY over priced. Especially since you are a guest there! I also feel that the Jjimjibang on site should be one free visit for paying guests as it is 5 star. There are many thing that this hotel gets wrong and I don’t think it should be 5 star, 4 at best. Overall it is nice, but not worth the money for the experience I feel.

Pariskunta Hong Kong, 9. joulukuuta 2012	Disappointed hotel service only the seaview 2 I expect Westin should keep a high standard everywhere but I was totally disappointed by this Westin in Busan. First of all, the whole hotel is old fashioned, not modern as other Westin hotels. Secondly, the service provided was terrible. Every room was provided with only two small bottles of water, and you could not request more, due to hotel policy! No tooth brush and shaving kit provided unless you request. The room was extremely small and the furniture was old styled. You cannot imagine spending such a high premium for such a hotel room like a 3-star hotel! Finally, in other Westin, you can enjoy Nespresso free, but be aware in this Westin, you can only have two and the extra was charged! I won't stay in such a hotel anymore.

Do not miss the breakfast. The hotel is next to the place where they held the G20 Conference. Great running and exercise area. Simply beautiful area. This hotel is not cheap but worth the money. The Spa is very Oriental; be prepared if you are Western. Spa treatments are pricy and the Spa staff does not speak English well. The beach is very clean and easily accessible.
