Tyylikäs ja kaunis hotellialue. Oma vesipuisto, johon sisäänpääsy kuului hotellin hintaan. Kallis Thaimaan mittakaavassa mutta välillä on kiva maksaa luksuksesta, voitaisiin viettää ensikin kerralla täällä ainakin viikko (nyt vain 2pv). Kävelymatkan päässä vain pikkukojuja. Biitsi vieressä, siisti. Lentokoneet lensivät liki mutteivät häirinneet.

FANTASTIC

When we decided to stay at Centara Grand West Sands, we checked price from all websites and found that Agoda offered us the best deal.
We stayed at the Penthouse with Pool - 3 bedrooms. Water park - Splash Jungle was a hit with the kids going over. Most of Staff was very friendly except at kid club. Breakfast was fine. Private pool was very clean. We loved the Club. Overall was very good except wifi at the rooftop area.

Disappointed 2nd stay

This was our 2nd stay at this resort. We loved it the first time, but this visit was very disappointing. We had the penthouse which was very unsafe for children. The stairs had huge gaps in the railing so kids could fall through and the jacuzzi bathtub sucked my daughter's hand when it was turned on and almost injured here. We requested early check-in and scheduled out a full day, but when we arrived, not only did we not get early check-in, but our room was not available until after 5pm so we sat and waited almost and entire day of our trip. Staff is nice, but not efficient. We won't be returning.

Good for kids. Noise at night because of poor wall acoustics and near to airport. Far from city, and breakfast was so-so. Family hotel.

it was fun with big water park called "Splash Jungle" you will be able to enjoy modernized slider, adventure whirlpool, big wave swimming pool. Bad thing at the hotel is there are a lot of fly in the restaurant areas.

Superb Water Park

If you travel with kids for a retreat, this hotel would be the best choice. The fun park is fantistic. However, as this hotel is renovated from a property, some accommocation/facilities are quite old and not in good order. Anyhow, we have a great time there.
