Johanna H. Pariskunta Finland, 16. tammikuuta 2013	Hyvä hotelli rauhallisella paikalla Erinomainen palvelu 9,3 Viisi yötä tammikuussa 2013. Rauhalliset yöunet, vaikka huoneessamme oli ikkuna kadulle.
Kaarina H. Perhe isojen lasten kanssa Finland, 1. marraskuuta 2011	Todella ystävällinen ja lämmin palvelu. Erinomaine Erinomainen sijainti, hyvä palvelu, hyvä hinta-laatusuhde, monipuolinen aamiainen 10 Kokonaisuutena hotelli oli hintansa väärti. Sijainti oli Vanhassa kaupungissa. Jonkin verran häiritsi oleskeluni aikana viereinen rakennustyömaa. Sain kuitenkin vaihdettua huoneeni hiljaisempaan. HUoneet olivat tilavat, raikkaat ja uudenoloiset. Hotellin kautta sain vaihdettua rahaa ja myös mm. Hanoin City Tourin.Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Everything went as smoothly as possible with the staff also helping us plan our touring around town. The hotel location was excellent being away from the majority of tourists allowing us to mix in with everyday Hanoi life. Thanks to the staff at Rising Dragon, we'll definitely be back next year with friends!!

The staff are very friendly and speak good english. We were given a map of all the attractions in the local area, given advice about which taxi services to use, etc. The only thing that we were not happy with was that the room service was advertised in the hotel booklet as being 24 hours but this was not the case.ri

Service was very attentive and rooms were kept clean. The rooftop restaurant had a nice view and comfortable atmosphere with great food. The hotel had a very calm feel to it. Staff was very sensitive to trying to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would consider staying at this same hotel again, great value.
