The rooms were big and clean, very comfortable beds, the bathroom was spacious, well decorated (not over-powering). Free food in the room was a bonus. Pool was clean. The beach area because of the rain was not really clean. The tide brought in a lot of garbage from the ocean. The staff was very customer-friendly. The food was good too! I had a fantastic stay in ACEA! Highly recommended!

wonderful getaway place”
the hotel is great for family who likes to be far from the city noise. they have great facility for adults and children to spend their time such as kiddie playground, game room for adults, gym, the pool is very clean as well as the beach. they have very nice view if you're going to choose the room with beach view. the rooms are clean and spacious. customer service was great. props to Ms. Angelou, Ford and the rest of the staffs for making our stay wonderful.

Unexpectedly great!”
Easy-like-Sunday-morning was the feeling and experience we had during our stay. At first we were wary of the reviews posted, but we still gave it a shot because the place is pretty neat and we really needed a quick family break. We went on a weekday, so there weren’t too many guests. It was very serene. Staff from front desk to F&B team and even their guards are really courteous, attentive and considerate. Breakfast buffet may not have too many choices, but its totally fine since all essentials are there (soup,garlic rice, 4 viands, cereals, fruits,bread and pastries) plus their brewed coffee is good! Infinity Pool was under construction during our stay and they were kind enough to extend a discount for our meals and a free 1hour Kayak. They were also considerate in letting our kids use the play area even if its beyond its operating hours. All was good and we will definitely book again (on a weekday!!!)

It was a relaxing rainy getaway”
We were there on a rainy season so it was raining half of the time. Despite that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice. The kids enjoyed it. Loved the open space. Unfortunately though maybe bec of the rain, there are washed up trashes in the beaches. The staff were very diligent cleaning up The rooms were nice and clean. But since its detached from the main building, we had to brave the rain before reaching tje restaurant and other amenities. So i guess, it could have been more convenient if you stay an a summer. Overall, were happy to have stayed in ACEA.

We had an awesome stay in ACEA although the infinity pool was under maintenance so we weren't able to use it but the resort gave us free kayaking (worth Php600) instead and also gave us a 10% discount for the restaurant. This resort is the perfect place if you want to reflect and enjoy nature. It is so private and quiet here and has a great view of the mountains! Kudos to the management team!

We held our office's R&R here and we truly had a wonderful time. The place is beautiful in general. The pool is very lovely and the sea backdrop is so Instagram worthy! The beach doesn't have that emerald blue water nor white fine sand but it's bearable and in my opinion, way better than the other beaches in the Subic area. :) The buffet breakfast is simple but still tasty. Tip: The game room is free to use. The items for the billiards, table tennis and others are with the reception area. Just ask the receptionist there and they'll only ask for your room number for their record. Use your room keycard to access the game room once you have the materials with you. Enjoy! :D We had the room all to ourselves the whole afternoon. :D This place is worth visiting, definitely especially if you are looking for a near Manila getaway.

The place was good specially the beach more so the infinity pool. The room was also well maintained. Food (buffet breakfast) was fantastic with quite a lot to choose from. Service was generally superior. Will definitely come back there.

Great for quick weekend gateway”
Add more options for buffet breakfast and remind ur reception staff to be more welcoming and to have the smile to greet ur guests. Additional requests are not accommodated even if I already called prior our arrival (days ahead) and the one who picked up my call told me that all the requests are noted but upon arrival the girl who assisted us just say no available and so on... since she looks so tired and not so happy, i just decline to have my other requests granted, I just happily said never mind it’s just a small thing and just wanted to make our stay memorable. Good thing you have good amenities that can compensate.

Acea was great!”
Acea Hotel is great. It was our first time staying here and everything looked nice, clean and staffs were accommodating. Their swimming pool was so clean and nice that my kid made sure to go back to swim couple of time during our stay. Food service was also great and they also had gym, kids room and gaming room which was very good. Only down side was the beach as it wasn't a great time coz there were debris all over. Overall Stay was great and we'll definitely come back.

I like ALL, but THE Staff are like Fake people, not friendly... they judge peoples outfit and personality... . breakfast was so messy... not well Organized! Thou its included from package ...but that's my opinion. they tend to service those used plates (each tables) than the foods that was already finished. .

Weekend Holiday with Family”
We went to Acea on a Sunday, arrived early before our check in time. The front desk approach and entertain us nicely even though its not our even 2pm and said we will wait until the check in time. After a few minutes our room is ready and we’re assisted by the hotel staff with our luggages. Our room is quite fine and spacious. Unfortunately the infinity pool at that time of our stay is under repair, so we just enjoyed the beach. Ff the next day breakfast buffet is fine with limited choices of food served. But over all Acea Is a great place to stay with family. With gym, play area for kids and so many more entertainment areas to enjoy we will definitely go back here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
