Need domestic staff for thorough house cleaning”
Some members of staff are brilliant sorry forgot names, but there were two exceptional ones I meet first day I arrived Customer service was great with these two men On arrival very late morning on 10/3/22

Couple years back, the standard was ok. Unfortunately this time housekeeping was not good. They don't : * clean the room, * Change bed sheet * sweep the room etc In general the housekeeping is below standard. Even the housekeepers are not professionals. The reception staffs are good, cooperative and with welcoming face.

This Hotel is located at the center of Naïf market and the Sabkha bus station. One minus review is given because the housekeeping didn’t provide towels or toiletries until we asked to provide it the next day although the housekeeping replied that they don’t have it. We contacted the front office and they provide it at once. We were in shock.
