This location is very convenient. It's about 10 minute drive from DXB airport, and has nearly 30 restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. There are multiple malls around the area, as well multiple pharmacy locations. Money exchange is within 3 minutes walking distance as well. Couldn't find a better, more convenient location. The customer service is great as well. Amjit did an amazing job checking us in, and was very polite and kind throughout our stay. He upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were super clean, and although we couldn't use the oven due to their COVID restrictions, our stay was super smooth. My wife and I truly enjoyed every night of our stay. They cleaned our room once a week, and we stayed for about 1 month at this location. Make sure you go to this particular location, as there is another place with exactly the same name about 20 minutes away. I'm a super clean person, so having a clean place was top priority. The bathrooms were super clean, the kitchen and rooms were we'll taken care of. The place was spotless when we checked in. No complaints whatsoever. The area of this location will give you access to what residents of Dubai go to in their daily lives. Local restaurants, markets, and everything you'll need during your stay, you'll find here. So many great malls within 5-10 minute taxi rides. Again, the outside of the building might not be super touristic, but once you enter the room, you'll find everything clean. The hotel seemed a bit old, but once we entered our room, everything was amazing. So, if you're okay with a local hotel and nothing too fancy, but at the same time a super clean and spacious place to stay, and an amazingly convenient location, this is the place to go to. Also, the best value for your buck you'll find. Give it a try, and thank me later. You won't regret it. Also, if something isn't up to your expectations, as soon as you talk to the staff, they take care of everything promptly. Great location,

Just Perfect”
I booked a night's stay in this hotel and it was just perfect. The check-in and check-out was quite fast and the receptionist Mr. Shivam was very courteous. I booked a studio on a cheaper rate but they upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment with fully-functional amenities. The unit was spotless-clean as well. The location of the hotel was strategic. It is just a stone-throw away from Al-Qiyadah Metro Station (Green Line) and there are restaurants and cafeteria around the vicinity.

Excellent base to visit Dubaï ”
We stayed in this hotel for 5 days , the staff is remarkably friendly and helpful and hotel is clean , the rooms are big and clean . Wifi is good , bed is confortable and it is quiet at night. The location is great near bus and metro, airport is 30 minutes away with metro.There is shopping and restaurants nearby. Excellent value for the price. Read the fine print of your reservation, they ask for a 200 AED deposit on check in and also the room tax of 10 AED per night. We will definitively go back next time in Dubaï.

Excellent Hotel, kindly Staff and good location This is one of the best hotels we stayed in time to time since 2014. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. Mr. Tahir, the housekeeper., Does his job profitionally . It's location give us appartuniy to reach whatever you need.I definitely would stay at this hotel again. I recommend this hotel to everyone

I was surprised to find myself upgraded to one bed room with a warm welcome. Grand team lead by Ms Anjali were fantastic and made me comfortable. All small things were quickly attended. Cleaned was great. All required things for cooking were available. As for location it was 4 min walk to metro with supermarket nearby. More than half a month at Al Manar!”
Ok. Al Manar has been my home away from home since 3 years now. This time I was here with my business associates who always book hotels in Downtown Dubai. They were flabbergasted with the size of the room and the location of the hotel. There's a host of restaurants in the vicinity and 2 metro stations at walking distance. The staff Arif, Anjali, Rahul, Diksha and Naeem are extremely helpful and smiling 24x7. Hospitality is excellent. My associates have also made this their numero uno choice when they come to Dubai.

I mayn’t have booked this hotel if I were to have read some bad reviews that some folks wrote about this Hotel Apartment, thank God I didn’t read them. After my experience, I was wondering if those that wrote those bad reviews actually lodged in Al Manar Hotel Apartment. Anyway, I had a great experience with this facility, from the moment I checked in. Thanks to Mr Rahul, he attended to all my questions and reassured me that I was going to have a nice experience with them, which I did. My wife did lots of shopping and we were always assisted with our luggage once they see that we need assistance. The staffs were always smiling to my little kids every time they see them. The cleaning of the room was top notch, I sometimes tell them that I don’t need my room to be cleaned when they come for cleaning over and over. Thank you Al Manar Hotel Apartment for the nice experience, my kids called your facility HOME. We’ll surely come back, when next my family comes to Dubai.
