Cheap Hotel”
The hotel is in a good location and train station is close (600 m). The personal in the hotel was friendly and helpful. There is nothing special about the hotel. Just consider it is a cheap option to stay in Berlin. The toilette was not in good conditions, there were parts of the shower falling.

The location is great. The Wi-Fi is work very well in the room. The guy at reception desk is really nice. The room is clean and exactly same with the photo. There is only one socket in the room, it will be easier if you bring power strip. Everything is fine for short stay. Nothing more than that.

Worst hotel stay ever.”
This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Our room was; very dated, holes in curtains, couldn't close the curtains, stains in the carpet and on the walls, bathroom tiles broken and dirty, shower head was loose so not able to stand underneath it, colors we maybe nice 20 years ago but now it looked so bad with the damaged wallpaper with paint on it. The worst thing was the noise. When we arrivés at 10 am there was a hotel guest Playing the cello somewhere on our floor. When we dame back at 4pm still Playing the cello. When we went to bed at midnight it sounder like there was a disco in the next room. No idea where that noise came from. The music went on all night, we still could hear it at 9 am the next day.. This happende two nights so almost no sleep.

Bloody Awful”
Well were do I start, we rocked up at the hotel which looked like something from a horror movie back in the 1930s, on the pictures actually looks like an alright hotel, anyway walking through the door the receptionist didn't even look over at the door when we walked in or when you walk out. once she had finished all her jobs she needed to do before she acknowledge we was there, which included whatever she was doing on the computer probably ordering her food shop then filing away some papers and some keys she might as well of gone and fed her pet cat at the same time to be honest, The rooms were cold and took a day to heat up we had to sleep in our jumpers and coats as blankets for the first night. This hotel does not mention that there is a strip club next door and the other side a disco cant lose your hotel at night as this place is glowing up red . I Would recommend paying the extra for a nicer hotel will not picking cheaper hotels from now on it actually wasn't even cheap really.

Most of staff very unfriendly, esp. at check in and chech out. No remote control to tv, so out of use. Wifi only at ground level, not in rooms, and very erratic connection. If you came for breakfast after 9 am, milk, juice and youghurts had room temoerature! Very hard boiled eggs very cold.

The woman at the reception desk was trying to tell me my reservation wasn't for 3 people. She told me it was probably a mistake with the reservation I made. After 5 minutes of complaining she finally gave me keys to another room. I do not recommend this place due to poor service.
