The stay was pleasant, with cleanliness being a top priority for me and this hotel met that expectation well. Check-in was quick and smooth. The location is excellent, surrounded by amenities and eateries, making everything easily accessible. We were very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It was more than sufficient for the price, featuring items like nasi lemak, scrambled eggs, a coffee machine, cornflakes with milk — a solid meal to start the day before heading to our next destination. Just a note: we booked through Agoda and weren’t aware that the RM10 tourism tax wasn’t included in the booking. We had to pay it at the hotel, so do take note of that when planning.

I would say the service is great by the reception staff. Breakfast is not for fussy with the 3star hotel i rather not take with breakfast as eateries outside the hotel is so must better and alot choices. Hotel room layout was good but too bad the room was not clean properly…imagine i saw opened condom in the toilet bowl🤭but i did not complain much as too tired and lazy to make big huu haa….😵💫🙄 i just want to enjoy at desaru as its our 1st time there. I just tell the reception the nx day that please help clean up the sofa bed.. change the bedsheets as really as thou not been changed 😒😏 but when i cameback the do change the sheets but still dirty lol. Then i lazy already!!! And just leave it hahaha Location is great thou so convenient next to mall got pasar malam all

My staycation on AmanSari Hotel is so nice and the Staff very politely and give great welcoming to all guest nicely. For Ms Mira thanks a lot for assist me from check in until check out . She give me a good hospitality services. But, for toiletries I just get for brush tooth & paste tooth and cotton bud only. For this AmanSari can improve to provide shower cap too. The room also clean but I still can hear sound from outside. That all from me thanks 👍🏻

They prepared everything we requested in advance and even turned on the air conditioning before our arrival, so we walked into a perfectly cool room — such a thoughtful touch. Ezra kindly helped us with our luggage, and Tiha was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to our event with easy access to food options. Extending our stay was effortless, even though our bookings were separate. Breakfast was excellent, with the staff promptly refilling dishes before they were even close to running out. Had a very pleasant stay. Booked two rooms and issa connecting room. The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and super attentive. The hotel itself walkable distance for some good local foods. However the downside, the swimming pool located at the clubhouse which abt 800m away, which isnt really walkable from the hotel. Overall, we had pleasant stay and would definitely come back again!!!
