Comfortable stay at ambassador ”
This is with regards to my stay last week in ambassador hotel and conduct of the squash tournament. The hotel arrangements were extremely good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. i would like to make special mention of Ms Cha Bhagwatgita (reservation manager) who was very kind to look into both large and small issues of the guests. Expensive but luxureous”
Make sure you book a room with seaview. Rooms are spacious, beds too. Bathroom has a separate bathtub and showercabin. There is a watercooker, but only coffee, no tea, also not after asking. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, but there is a language problem. Only one lady at the restaurant speaks English. This lady has been many times my helping angel. At the reception they don't and use an App to translate between you and if they don't know how to help you they go to the next person. There were only many Russian speaking guest when I came so she showed me the Russian text message and did not even realise I was speaking English. This was very unexpected in such a huge and expensive hotel. The breakfast was included, a buffet with toast, buns, butter and eggs, milk and juice, fruits and salads, rice and thai dishes like stirfried chicken and vegatables, coconutsoup, and fried noodles. Dinner menu is a la cart and expensive, that is, for Thailand. There is an ATM machine near the entrance, which except visa and a few other credit cards. There are a lot of swimmingpools to choose of, one right next to the beach, with lots of beachbeds and towels, bathrooms and showers but no changing room. The beach is also accessable from the garden of the hotel. There are different places to eat or drink, all expensive. Most guests go out for food or bring some snacks or small breads from 7 eleven nearby. Except from the reception the staff of the restaurant go littarally an extra mile to help you!

It was a great hotel with huge rooms. Toiletries are completed except for the cotton buds, toothbrush and toothpaste. The pools are really huge and jacuzzis are amazing in the midst of the pools. The location of the hotel is 10 to 15 minutes drive away from the center. It's located by the beach with a huge family pool near the beach. This hotel is really good. The staff are very accommodating.

I stayed here on last day of the year to join countdown party which they promoted on their web page. I had to wait for an hour before I got the room key. There is no staff to lead me to the room. I have to find my room by myself. When I found the room, the room I got was wrong type from my booking. I book for king bed but I got double bed. The countdown party was disappointed. The fire show was great but another shows were not fun enough. The food in the party were very expensive. The breakfast quality is not good enough compare with the room cost.

Good hotel but hope for renovation”
This hotel used to be my favourite hotel in old time. More like a legend but I understand that it's hard to maintain the hotel condition especially after Covid. Good side: - Hotel was large with convenient store near by - Good facilities ie swimming pool, surf skate track - A lot of parking space - Room was clean for bedsheet and pillows Improvement - No one pick up the call at 8pm despite they said it's 24 hours front desk which gave me very worried. - After checked in, the staff handed me a room key without explaining where my room was. - Seems like A/C temp control was broken. I was freezing cold for the whole 2 nights. I also overheard someone at corridor complaining the same issue.

We went your hotel in the 3rd time. This time your services quality are very bad, when compare with 2 times before (year of 2018 and 2019). We were at Ocean wing side . Firstly, the room was not clean. We found something at toilet bowl. In the floor, there are some dust. For the breakfast, they are not varied when compare with 2 times before. Finally, we have decided that we will not go to here in the next time.

Booked an Ocean View, received a room with absolutely worst view.”
I usually don't rant online, but I had the worst experience. First, they gave me a room without beds 9014 which has the perfect Ocean view but nothing to sleep onto. After waiting almost 40 mins, they gave me room 6074 which was a lot smaller than the one, I booked and could see Ocean if you stretch yourself outside halfway, so I went again and requested to give me the room that I booked. Then the receptionist said that she will give me a room near the Ocean and a good view 7001, so at this point I am tired, so I grabbed the keys and headed towards the room, trust me when I say this room is the absolute worst view when you open the slider doors, all you see is an ugly dark colored building even you if throw yourself outside the balcony, I doubt you'll see the Ocean. I had the worst experience, the quality of the staff has depleted 10folds. I will never return to this Hotel, that's certain.

WIFI is not FREE! You have to buy it. Room is so old and we can get room so late, is nearly 3pm. There are mosquito too. But nice pool and nice location.
