    “A perfect place to rest if you have a long transit at Changi Airport.”

    Easy to find, with a wide variety of food and drinks available. However, it’s often crowded, making it less comfortable as it can be difficult to find a seat to rest during transit.

    “Overpriced”

    Its the cheapest option for a lounge as soon as i got there i realized why. Small space crowded and noisey. No recliners just boring chairs you would find anywhere else in the terminal. The food was ok but nothing wholesome or really filling, however there was a variety. The room was also hot, i tried to sleep but was sweating too much. I left earlier than my 5 hours and found recliner beds further up in terminal one where my flight was departing. Wish i had seen them before or knew. You're better iff to research where the rest nap areas are in the terminals and save yourself at least *** to *** dollars for 5 hours of nothing in discomfort in a crowded room of people. Never again!

    “generally okay but toilets can be cleaner”

    I have used this Pay per Use lounge many time. I generally like the service and facilities and it's generally kept and well maintained. But the toilets are often not cleaned regularly enough , and I find toilets ouside of the lounge in Changi are often cleaner. Just a feedback that staff needs to be on top of the cleaning in the toilets a bit more.
