Angsana Lang Co was such a dream. The most beautiful resort with great amenities. We initially booked the 2brm sky view multi-level loft, which was beautiful; but ended up moving to a one bedroom beachfront room when it became available. It was only two of us & the two bedroom loft was too much space for us. The resort did such an amazing job accommodating our move. Y at the front desk and Hang at Moomba were wonderful. Huy, the lifeguard was so amazing and patient during our swim lesson. Truly loved our experience. The breakfast Sous chef went above & beyond to ensure we had mangoes at breakfast every morning; all because I asked one time. That was truly special, especially considering they were completely booked during our stay and still made us feel special. Overall, the resort is 10/10. It’s on the pricier side compared to other Vietnam properties, but well worth it. I’ve never experienced a pool like this one. It’s one continuous pool that wraps around the entire resort. The rooms and bedding were spotless. The private pool was also super clean upon our arrival. One thing to note is the distance from Da Nang. If you’re wanting to visit sites in Da Nang, it’s a little over an hour long ride. It’s more secluded, which is what we were looking for after such a busy trip throughout Vietnam. The resort offers free roundtrip airport shuttles, which need to be arranged in advance. Be sure to visit Saffron at their sister property next door, Banyan Tree. The views are phenomenal and the food is delicious. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

It was my first time in Danang and I picked Angsana after my sister recommended. It was the best decision ever! I have stayed in many resorts in Asia, but this was Asian hospitality at an exceptional, whole new level! Prior to my trip, I communicated with the staff on arrangements. They are very responsive and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they managed to help me change it back manually. They also assisted me to make some spa and transportation arrangements prior to my trip! All the staff at Angsana went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. My bf and I felt very welcomed. They were very genuine, helpful, and took the effort to remember things. For example, I wanted to have hashbrowns for breakfast, they were all gone the previous day and the staff made sure that I had hashbrowns the next day that I went! It was these little gestures that also add up to make the whole experience very memorable and special. There were also a lot of Daily activities, and every day I simply woke up and decided very last minute what I wanted to do, The staff were very accommodating and helped us sort out everything very last minute! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Angsana! One thing to note is that the location is a bit far from the city. They do arrange transportation if you want to leave the resort for excursions and tours so it wasn’t a problem. For us, we were happy to stay at the resort for the entire time, and there are more than enough activities for you to do. So if you’re looking for just a few days to relax, wind down and do spa. Dear Angsana Resort, My family of 5, including my mother, my spouse and I, and our two small children, stayed at Angsana for 2 nights from July 14 to July 16, in room 6507. On the evening of July 14, around 10 PM, my mother had continuous diarrhea and severe stomach pain, which might have been caused by lunch outside in Hue city. She was in so much pain that she couldn't bear it and showed signs of poor health, so I called for Phuong (the receptionist on duty that night) for assistance. Immediately, the receptionist and a doctor (whose name I couldn't remember due to the urgency) came to room 6507 to examine and support my family. They were very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and careful in their examination. Afterward, they brought a wheelchair to take my mother to the clinic at the resort for IV fluids and medication. Throughout that night, the doctor took care of and monitored my mother's health, prescribed medications for me, while other staff members supported by bringing medicine and porridge to the room even though it was late at night. Early the next morning, my mother was alert, her stomach pain was gone, and she no longer felt tired. My mother's health fully recovered. As a result, our family continued to enjoy and experience other services at Angsana. We are truly touched and appreciate the enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and carefulness of the entire team that was on duty that night. During our stay at the resort, we always saw the friendly smiles of all the managers and staff, from the security, reception, staff at the pool and bar, to housekeeping.... I am sending this email to express my sincere thanks to Angsana Resort and especially to the doctor and the receptionist on duty. My family had a wonderful vacation here! Mình ở hạng phòng có hồ bơi riêng hướng biển thật sự rất đẹp và chill. Căn hộ rộng, đầy đủ mọi thứ mình muốn có ở một khách sạn 5 sao. Điều mình thích nhất khi lưu trú ở đây là hồ bơi chính của khách sạn. Hồ bơi dài, rộng và đặt biệt là rất nhiều cây xanh tạo nên cảm giác mình lạc vào dòng sông ở giữa khu rừng vậy. Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Nếu có dịp thì mình sẽ nhất định quay lại

“A real getaway”
I had a one bedroom suite with private pool. The first room I was allocated had a view, mainly, of the Moomba restaurant, so I requested a change to one with a proper sea view, which was arranged promptly and efficiently. It seems occupancy levels were very low, after the Unification Day and Labour Day very long weekend, so the hotel was taking the opportunity to do maintenance and renovation on some blocks of rooms, but the noise level was quite low. My room was a duplex suite, with a living room on the lower floor, and the bedroom and pool area on the upper (top) floor. The sitting room had views over the carpark and entrance area, whereas the bedroom faced the opposite direction way with views towards the sea. I think it would have been preferable to have had the same amount of space all on one level, as there were about 20 stairs to ascend/descend each time, but that is the design of the hotel so nothing to be done. However I felt the sitting room, which was very large was a wasted opportunity, with just a TV, a sofa, some easy chairs and a small round table with a couple of dining-type chairs. The only viable work space was in the bedroom, but it would have been perfectly possible and much more useful to have a proper desk/workspace in the sitting room. That said, the bed was very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and the wifi speed was good, although sometimes I seemed to have no phone signal and couldn't complete 2 factor authorisation Breakfast was reasonable for a hotel of this level, but no smoked salmon, and no fruit-juice bar, but there was French sparkling wine to be had! Of the other restaurants, the food was a bit hit and miss, with some dishes tasting as if the chef hadn't bothered to check the taste was OK! However I did have a very enjoyable meal in the Japanese restaurant. Happy hour lasted from 3:00pm until 6:00pm with selected cocktails at half price. All I had during this period were well made, and excellent value. The only real downside to this hotel is that there is nothing (other than a golf course and 2 other hotels) nearby, so unless you have a car, you're stuck with what the hotel has to offer; but if that's the kind of holiday you like, this place is perfect!
