Booked a stay to work remotely from Dubai. I am super happy of my stay. The hotel is close to everything and Marina bay is just 12 minutes away by walk. The hotel has a large hobby with a cafe offering amazing pastry and lunch meals. You have many different areas available to work in the lobby with calm atmosphere. The pool was a very good surprise, infinity pool overlooking the palm, never too busy. Most of the rooms have balcony and wood floor. Thank you very much to the fantastic staff: Sina the concierge, the cafe staff and the receptionists. They changed my bed with non allergic cushions, arranged my food delivery, really satisfied.

I’m totally not satisfied with my stay in the hotel and unfortunately I would call it the worst hotel experience that I had before, I’m staying in multiple hotel around the world however my stay was not satisfied at all as they’ve just given me the worst room no view and constructions was down stairs my room direct so I couldn’t have a peaceful mind as it should be

The room was big, amazing views and great facilities. However the cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired. The shower was growing 2 different types of mold on the walls, the light switches were dirty and the floor had not been properly cleaned.
