Excellent service”
I must admit i was not expecting much for the price i paid. I dont know what star this hotel is but service is definitely 7 stars. From checkin staff, to bell boy, to room cleaning staff- everyone carried big smile and was always eager to help. Hotel is ideally located loads of restaurants around and MRT station. I came here as a solo traveller but i will come back again with wife and kids.

Excellent location and Service, Friendly Staff”
My stay was memorable at Avenue hotel thanks to the quality of service offered by the friendly staff, they quickly respond to any request and do their best to satisfy the needs of their guests. I would like to specially thank Sujith at the reception for his efforts and flexibility with guests. Breakfast is good with many varieties, location is excellent; 3 minutes walk from Al Rigga metro station. I would definitely stay again at this wonderful hotel.

Good location, quiet room, good food at the bar”
Enjoyed my stay for one night. Good service at the bar and delicious food while watching performers on stage. Quick ride to the airport, The entire staff was courteous and helpful. Will stay again when in Dubai, and recommend this Hotel to all my associates

Exceptional”
There was a simple mistake about my booking since it clearly indicated that I am entitled to free breakfast. It was a good thing that I brought a printed copy of my booking. Otherwise, they would have made me pay. Nonetheless, the front desk staff were able to resolve the issue and I had an overall, great, stay in Avenue.

Nice clean hotel at a great location”
1) Hotel is neat. Lobby is big with a lot of sofas and seating places. 2) Great location on Al Rigga street. Just 3 min walk away from Metro Station 3) Rooms are big. Washroom is very tidy and spacious 4) Staff is efficient and courteous. Laundry and house keeping services are prompt. 5) Nice Bars on Mezzanine floor. Both 49ers Gold Rush and Manila 21 are good places to hang out and pass your evening time. 6) Breakfast is reasonable considering the price tag. 7) Wifi is reasonably quick.
