“Great Value”
The Hotel has a lot to offer for the low price. I found my room to be spacious, equipped with the essentials and very clean. TV with local channels and BBC News was also installed. You can hear some of the noisier guests through the wall, depending on where your room is located, you might especially notice lots of thumping from above you but i blame the guests for that, not necessarily the Hotel. You have breakfast included with your stay and while it is somewhat basic in terms of what's on offer, you do have some choice, for example which type of bread, juice or jam you'd like. It was well organized and i was glad for the energy boost in the morning before heading to the park. There is also a small Disney Boutique inside the Hotel as well as a pretty fun looking arcade and vending machine room which also features a microwave for all your snack needs. The location is of course a bonus, as you are very close to the Disney Park itself. A free shuttle bus to there is included as well. The staff is very attentive and tries their best to provide you with the assistance you may need. I was very impressed by the communication skills they possess and could tell they were doing their best to give you a positive experience. The cleaning crew was also very efficient and doing work with a smile, which is to be applauded. Of course there are a few not so great things too but they can mostly be explained by the location, (expensive snacks, lots of, sometimes noisy or angry guests, full buses), or simply by the way this Hotel operates (need to get new room code every day if you're staying in the same room since checkout it automatic). Overall I'd probably give it around a 4/5 stars.
