Staffs are great very friendly and thoughtful and they are truly an asset. Alyssa, Judy, Sheryl you are doing a great job!! They upgraded my room without extra charge and I was happy that I chose this hotel. It’s also near restaurants in JBR. Very clean place and sanitized we felt so safe. The staffs are reliable and friendly. Although we didn’t get the chance to use the pool because it’s closed. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will surely come back. Over all experience for one night was superb! 😊

The hotel/residence is nice and clean. I stayed in 1bR apartment but in a lower floor not so much view. It’s hard to get a taxi in the area, I can recommend for families who’s staying longer but expensive for solo traveler

A simply wonderful stay with lovely staff and cozy 1BDR apartment. If I had to give 1 suggestion, it would be to provide better mattresses for the bed - the bed was very old and sinking in. We could feel the springs in our back. Otherwise, it was wonderful staying here and recommend others booking here for sure!

It was 4 of us in family traveling to Dubai and the apartment was really spacious with a mini supermarket at the ground floor and walking distance to nearby mall. The house wasn't well equipped and we had to call to ask for slippers and towels but at least the breakfast was good. But you kinda have to take taxi everywhere since it's not nearby the train station.

The hotel and staff are perfect. They are friendly, accomodating. They even offer free water at the pool. The breakfast is just fine to start your day. Before we checkout they give a tshirt gift to my husband with his photo on it printed. ( that was a cute gesture though). Our bedroom view was very nice facing the highway.

Nice and modern 2 beds apartment ”
Modern, clean, spacious and quite new apartment. We are a family of 4 adults and we took the 2 beds apartment. To our pleasant surprise the apartment exceeded our expectation for the price. Location was good too as there were eateries and supermarket within 5 mins walk. It was modern and quite new. Good size bedrooms and living area, kitchen. Only setback was there was no liquid detergent, water kettle, toilet paper supplied only 1 in each room. But upon calling the housekeeping for new supplies, they brought up promptly all that we requested, including laundry powder., cleaning sponge, detergent Water bottles were generously replenished upon request, so were coffee/tea/milk. We are overall very happy with the apartment and would certainly recommend it to other travellers.

We had a two bedroom apartment. Two en-suites and a massive lounge. Very happy with accommodation. Great location, best of the marina and JBR walk. Only negative was the breakfast. Never seemed to have anything and limited to toast mainly. Gave up asking for butter.

Very accomadating establishment ”
Any issue we had they sprted immediately which was great. The rooms where nice and had fully equipt kitchen. Very friendly staff. 24hr supermarket in the grounds which was very convienent. The only fault was regarding the cleaning. It was very tidy but window sill in all rooms contained dead flies with some live ones. On thr ground under sink area abd furniture was very dusty with used soaps n papers. Also i liked how we could have guests as long as they showed I.d. this was nice. Made the stay feel like a home access rather than just hotel

Nice hotel with 1 bedroom appartment - first night had that relaxing bath - when we emptied the bath , the bathroom flooded not just water but sewerage as well - ( bloody hell) we then requested another room - so we moved - this was the onlt issue we had other wise every thing was ok - on check out - had to check our own bags out from room 😫 may be another hotel next time

It was beyond our expectations, rooms are big and the Appartment has all the amenities. Recommend it for the family with kids but the car is a must if u have small kids

Location is good , staff are somehow kind but not all of them. There were a smell in our floor but when i asked the receptionist to move me to upper floor he said he couldnt because it was full and honestly i didn't believe that becuase there were no much people there. The smell stinks like a trash or something that has been left behind for days. I had to go down to the reception to get them to clean the room and they didnt replace anything like shampoo and shower gel and these stuff. Some of the towels were just folded and put back not new ones.
