This hotel is one of the best around the area. Courteous and Hospitable hotel staffs are highly commendable. The Hotel cleanliness are beyond expectation considering the number of floors and room. If you are a tourist and always on the go and don’t have time to at-least sort out the room, they will do it and at night when you return back its all cleaned out. Pool, Sauna and massage parlor are great way to relax at time when you don’t want to out because of summer heat.

Property - Excellent cozy room with all the amenities,view from the room is nice.40 inch smart TV provided which is a good thing.Plus they gym,sauna n pool facilities. Staff- Must say the asset of this hotel is there staff who are so courteous and welcoming,I personally had a memorable stay in this hotel.Special Shoutout to Miss Marsha the receptionist,Mr Ismail the concierge,also the maintenance and housekeeping guy. Food-The breakfast was top class with wide variety of selection to choose from.I only had breakfast on my booking,but I must say it was worth it.

Everything is great about this place. Location - 2-3 mins walk to metro station and across the road from abra stop. Staff is super friendly and always there to help. Very close to the main markets. My go to place whenever I visit Dubai.

Excellent Stopover Hotel”
Well positioned on the waterfront near the town centre of Deira. The hotel has well provided large rooms, provides an excellent breakfast and has a panoramic view from the roof together with a pool. Easily accessed by taxi from the airport. The creek, ferries and souls are all in easy walking distance. An excellent stopover to break long haul flights.

Magnificent Stay”
I was staying @ BWPC on vacation wz my 7 yrs old son and from the start we had a warm welcome and a room with a great view of the creek. We had a great stay and want to thank everyone from doormen, reception, housekeeping, restaurant waitress, managers and want to thank some of the magnificent staffs by name: Nakash, Noor, Jimmy, Haidee, Myheri, Masha, Marisa and the hotel drive who brought our forgotten luggage to the airport before our check-in. We shall see you all soon.

Good location, good service and good staff”
It's a nice and clean hotel with friendly staffs. But it took a bit long for them to finally giveme free parking even though its mentioned in the booking. After I showed the lady in the receptionist that fre parking is mentioned in Agoda and few calls to their back office, finally I got my car free parking instead of paying 100 dhs for 2 night or parking in municipality parking which is only allows 14 hours parking maximum. I thank the receptionist for her effort. The room was nice and clean. They responded my complain regarding smoking room and not working key promptly. I and my sister really fortunate to get the room with Dubai Creek view. One of the best view of Dubai day and night. My sister whom came for a week holiday from my country was so happy with the hotel choice even though she wasn't sure at the beginning because the hotel look a bit old. Guys u need to clean the window regularly so the hotel will look shine and eye catching. Will definitely come back again.

The moment I arrived the reception was excellent. The doormen, Jimmy & Nakash welcome me with warm greetings and the whole staff are friendly. The room was all clean with exception of the forgotten filthy telephone and tv remote control.(need attention on those).

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL ”
Excellent service from Aby and the HK Team!! The Receptionist that checked me out insisted that there's a coffee charged to my room when the fact is I NEVER CHARGED ANYTHING IN THE ROOM AS I ALWAYS USE MY CARD ON EVERYTHING!!. Just to avoid any argument and delay my departure I just settled the bill. But the charge on my debit card for the AED 100 deposit WASNT REVERSED which means THE MERCHANT DID REDEEM THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. Contrary to what the Receptionist told me that the money would be returned after a day. BUT STILL ID GIVE 5 STARS TO ABY AND OTHER MALE RECEPTIONIST WHO HAVE ATTENDED TO ME...THE YOUNG PAKISTANI BELLBOY AND THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF!! A GREAT PLACE TO STAY! THE VIEW OF THE CREEK IS AMAZING!!
