The staff go above and beyond, tiffany and her team assisted with any issues. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. The pool and bar area with a view are a nice bonus. The hotel is currently being upgraded and will be so modern and fresh when it’s done, however, my recommendation is to make sure you are booked away from the side of any renovations and book higher up away from street noise and for a better view-book ocean facing is a must., otherwise theres no point. We experienced a few renovation noises but tiffany assisted with this. The buffet breakfast has a decent selection but not a massive selection for westerners. The spa is run by Luna who is very sweet and offered us a discount, we took advantage and had a massage.- the discount must be confirmed as it seemed slightly adjusted when we paid. For the price it was worth a convenient steam bath, massage and hair wash. The staff work and try incredibly hard. The steam bath is nice, the massage was an interesting mix of styles, some nicer than others, but i found the laying down basin hair wash the most worth it with my hair being super clean and soft. I hope that they will manage to upgrade some of these facilities too. Sadly NONE of the middle range hotels are actually on the beachfront which is deceiving when you see the pictures advertise. There is a main street in front and then a row of restaurants. We had convenient access to the cheap store 2 shops down and some nice eateries across the rd- esco was our favourite. Its a 30 min walk to the quaint coffee shops and restaurants close to the night market.

Loved our stay here at BlueSun! We were warmly welcomed by Ellie, who helped us get settled in. When we asked about nearby ATMs, she quickly sent us a Google Maps pin via WhatsApp - this was a pretty high tech experience and I appreciate it a lot! The team also lent us an umbrella so we could walk around comfortably while waiting for our room — a thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself was exceptional. Our room was extremely spacious and clean, with a jaw-dropping view from the balcony — we could see the Lady Buddha in the distance and the coastline stretching out. The room came fully equipped, including daily bottled water replacements. Location is excellent — the hotel is right beside a Michelin Bib Gourmand seafood restaurant and directly across a pedestrian lane to the beach. Behind the hotel, there’s an alley full of massage places and restaurants worth exploring. My only gripe was that some nearby bars got loud during the weekend, and the noise reached our room. Thankfully, it usually died down by 11 PM. Breakfast and afternoon tea were decent, though they cater more to international tastes — so if you’re looking for traditional local fare, it might fall short. That said, the unlimited Ca Phe was a great way to start each morning! Staff and service were top notch. There were always staff at the entrance to help with bags, and the front desk was consistently helpful. Special shoutout to Ellie - she was always just a message away from great local tips and recommendations.

Love that it is right across from the beach. There is also a really good restaurant beside it. Room was clean and we had partial view of the sea. Staff was friendly, breakfast was also good.

Best Location As soon as you step out of the hotel, the beautiful My Khe Beach spreads out before you. It’s perfect for a morning walk or to relax while gazing at the sea during sunset. Next to the hotel, there’s a local popular seafood restaurant, and within walking distance, there are convenience stores and various shops, so you won’t have any trouble buying snacks, souvenirs, or getting a massage. You'll need a taxi to get to the city center, but in Vietnam, you can easily call a taxi using the ride-hailing app Grab, so it’s not a problem at all. I think it's an incredibly convenient location as a base for exploring Da Nang. During my stay, the "Danang Food Tour Festival" was held at East Sea Park, just a short walk from the hotel, and I was able to enjoy various local dishes. The excellent location also allowed for unexpected wonderful experiences. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms The room was very spacious, and I was able to enjoy my stay comfortably. There were two queen-sized beds, both of which were extremely comfortable. And above all, the ocean view was amazing! Watching the sunrise over the eastern sea from the room was truly a special moment. However, it seems that there aren't many rooms facing the sea, so if possible, I recommend booking an ocean view room. You’ll definitely be able to enjoy the beachfront location. Wonderful Breakfast at a Restaurant with a Great View Breakfast at the restaurant on the 16th floor was fantastic with an incredible view. The sight from the window-side seats was truly breathtaking! The buffet-style breakfast offered a wide variety of Vietnamese, Asian, and Western dishes, along with delicious tropical fruits, drinks, and desserts. I ended up staying longer than intended, but it was another good memory. The staff were also efficient and friendly, allowing me to start my day off on a pleasant note. Relaxing Afternoon Tea After a busy day of sightseeing and activities, it's recommended to return to the hotel and relax. When I visited, it was still a bit early for swimming in the pool, but I think enjoying afternoon tea by the poolside during hotter weather would be wonderful. Dedicated Front Desk Staff I was considering parasailing in Da Nang but didn’t know where to do it, so I consulted the front desk. A staff member named Ms. Jade was genuinely helpful and provided several suggestions for operators. She even found and introduced me to an operator that included hotel transportation. When I was ready to depart earlier than the reserved time, she promptly adjusted the pickup time accordingly, showing great flexibility. Thanks to her, I was able to make effective use of my stay in Da Nang, and I am truly grateful. Parasailing felt like becoming a bird and was an amazing experience as I enjoyed the beautiful coastline of Da Nang from above. I have Ms. Jade to thank for an unforgettable memory. I am sincerely grateful. Overall Evaluation I think this hotel has a very good balance of location, service, and price. If I have the opportunity to visit Da Nang again, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.
