Hotel near Disney with shuttle service, very convenient. I recommend taking the Magic bus from the airport so you don't have to carry your luggage too far. You can choose to be dropped off directly at the hotel. The hotel is very suitable for children, both young and old, but the rooms are not very big, just enough to stay in. However, all other amenities are complete and the price is not expensive. There is a vending machine, water, toys, and a coffee shop downstairs, very complete. If I go to Disney again next time, I will come here.

If you're looking to save a bit from the exorbitant costs of the Disney properties this is a good option. Rooms are clean and simple, perfect for young families. My one beef isn't really to do with the hotel itself and more to do with the shuttle service to the Disney parks. Very confusing and inconsistent as to what platform to use at the shuttle location This information needs to be made crystal clear to folks that stay at Campanile Platform I (Letter I) is where you need to be to get the complimentary shuttle to the hotel from Gare Chessy Not enough shuttles after the Disney fireworks which end around 1130pm

We been to this hotel. Overall everything was good. Advance if you go to Disney, is very close 10 min with free bus. Minus: Suppose at least for hotel costumer to give free parking. Sonwe pay for 4 night 60 euro. Anyway, hotel is nice. Maybe they have also better room, me I have family room. So is positive: they clean everyday our room. For the money was we spend, is good deal.

Gentleman at reception who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Checked us in earlier than expected. Covienient for disney parks with frequent shuttle. Family room had double bed with bunk bed and desk.. so more than enough comfortable living space. It was clean and had fresh looking decor. However room was SO HOT! The heating was all switched off.. The temperature of the whole corridor was high. We had a tough night we had to leave the windows wide open the entire time. Considering it was very cold outside the room temperature was just right. But as it was windy I got a sore throat. The bathroom wasn't huge but had fast flowing hot water at all times! Breakfast was good! We observe a halal diet and there was lots to choose from. There were beans, cheese, hash browns, omelettes, freshly baked croissants and cereal to name a few options. The gentleman greeting us was very friendly, saw him around a few times was always smiling and saying hello. Overall we had a lovely stay!

The breakfast was exceptionally good and free as well. The shuttle bus service from the hotel to Disneyland and vice versa was also very helpful, albeit very crowded onboard. One big issue for us was that the plugpoint in the room was two pin and not European and so we could not charge our phones. One suggestion for improving the ease of communication at the hotel is ensuring that the reception staff can understand a variety of accents when speaking English. We had requested airport transfer when booking but there was no response to this. Overall, it was a good experience but the lack of European plugpoints caused us great difficulty.
