Best hotel in Sentosa and Singapore”
I have the best stay in Capella with one of my friend. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, lots of greeneries, the restaurant, especially cassia is really a nice place to have a great meal with friends. The food is delicious and can be paired nicely with wine. The location is secluded enough for a nice retreat from the city. The living room is soothing and the Knolls is excellent for breakfast with the swimming pool view. For me, this is what i called a real hotel. The room is spacious, bathroom with outdoor view, balcony and toilet with diffuser. The staffs make sure that we got all we need and will be there in a speed if we need anything …from towel to water, etc. the aesop amenities really a great addition, also the special perfume sample given…very nice to put in the pillow for a good nite sleep. Highly recommended and i think this is the best hotel in Singapore so far…not only because of the location or room or infrastructure but most importantly because of the service provided and their staffs. Will visit again in the future and many thanks for the hospitality extended by your staffs during our stay.

Excellent place for a weekend escape to pamper yourself”
Staycation with my wife to celebrate her birthday and the biggest compliment I can give is that I don’t think it,s going to be easy to beat a stay at capella. Started with a room upgrade and the attention to details by the staff left a lasting impression, as they made the birthday celebration truly memorable. From personally going through the features of the room to making every effort to make your stay pleasant, really a class above the rest! Positives: -Room was spacious and well equipped. Awesome amenities too -Facilities are top notch (multiple pools mean that it’s never too crowded and the pool side service makes a real difference. Gym is also well equipped and in good condition, despite the hotel celebrating its 10 year anniversary - not sure if there was a revamp) - Lounge/Library is a nice place to chill over some tea time drinks and small bites - Restaurant/Bars: a visit to Cassia for their dim sum is a Must! Applaud Bryan and his team. Great to chill in the late evening at bob,s bar over some of their concoctions - fairly reasonable priced considering the location Negatives (nit picking here): - bed sheets could be better, had much smoother sheets in other hotels - the bathroom taps are really stiff and difficult to turn especially when your hands are wet - Bfast at Knolls had the same impeccable service standards by the staff al

Stayed in 1 bedroom villa. Kids had fun in the private pool. Awesome stay and great customer service. Great amenities too. Love the complimentary birthday cake and lily reed diffuser from Capella as a birthday gift. My baby got a set of complimentary GAIA toiletries. Baby cot was provided and sofa bed was made for my other young kid. Highly recommended ! However there was a lizard and ants in the villa where the coffee and tea corner were. Can't blame as it's a villa full of nature. Also, staff wasn't aware that palawan beach zone 1 & 2 were closed for an event. The buggy sent us to the end of the resort where we had to go down the steep steps then we had a long walk all the way to zone 3. By the time we reach, our two young kids were cranky and it was hard for my 8 months+ pregnant wife. They could have just advised us to drive to the carpark which was so near to zone 3. However, Capella did rectify the issue by sending their range rover to pick us up from the beach carpark. Thank you for rectifying the issue. Overall, we had a memorable time in Capella Singapore.

Always so wonderful ”
We booked a staycation at Capella Hotel to celebrate my daughter, Nicole's 16th birthday. Capella Culturist Adie K called the day before to check if we had any special request. when we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly hotel staff, welcome drinks and towels, not to mention the efficient check in. We were ushered to our room and Nicole was so wowed by the pink balloons, personal greeting cards from Adie and Bevan, sparkling tea, snacks and of course the awesome view. we were also greeted by a pretty birthday cake when we opened the mini bar. it was a lovely lovely surprise. the stay was awesome, staff at the poolside were attentive and proactive. Of course my favorite Ms Lai Yong, whom we have met more than 10 years ago during our first staycation at thr hotel chatted with us admist her very busy schedule. Great job and well done! So looking forward to going back there..

Perfect place for both humans and pets ”
Brought my cat for his first ever staycation and it was splendid. The place is clean; staff service was excellent as they were helpful in attending to our requests. They arranged for a bed for my cat. Water and food bowls were also placed to make the room more comfortable for my cat . The view from Capella was picture perfect. Definitely felt like I was away from home. Will be coming back to Capella for another great stay.

Most amazing hotel room, view, pools, and staff”
The Premiere Sea View room is impressive with its spaciousness and high ceiling, its best-sounding Bose Bluetooth speakers, its Chromecast ready TV to watch Netflix, etc., its huge balcony with a wide and long concrete bench, its beautiful bathtub with a wide view of the ocean (perfect for evenings drinking wine), and spacious shower. The view provides you a lot of trees and greenery, plus a view of the ocean. There are three wonderful pools, one level down from each other, allowing you to choose which suits you best. It's my new favorite hotel in Singapore.

Lovely Staycation with 1 Year Old Baby”
We had a one night staycation at Capella to celebrate our son's 1st birthday. Upon our arrival at the hotel lobby, my son was greeted with a peacock soft toy. The parents were given lovely welcome drinks. The room was decorated with several balloons and a lovely cake was also provided. They even provide a high quality baby cot with some baby amenities in it. I like the fact that they also provide towel cover on the common stool at the sink area as well as the outdoor sofa. Overall, the room is clean and huge. Service is also impeccable. Some areas for improvement: 1. Tap knobs are very tight, not easy to turn 2. Water spatter on the floor of the shower area easily, making it quite dangerous to walk around. 3. A baby sitting service so that the parents can enjoy a spa session? I love the fact that this hotel is very baby friendly. It is our first family staycation and thank you for making it stress free for us. We will be be back real soon.

The service at Capella was impeccable! The staff is always attentive to our needs and seek all ways to make our stay memorable. There were many nice touches such as fruits and cookies delivered to our room, popsicles at the poolside, and the many interesting programs for guests such as cocktail making, painting, scavenger hunt and activities for the children too such as baking, bubble tea making, painting etc. the high tea cakes served at the Living room was also amazing. This is truly the best hotel in Singapore!

By far the best staycation yet. Staff are very friendly and room is very clean. They did turn-down service in the evening when we were out for dinner and gave us surprise drinks/bread basket when we ordered in-room dining. The stay is definitely worth every penny.

Their Culturists contacted me personally before our stay to ask about how they can curate our stay experience, and upon hearing my plans, offered a complimentary romantic ambience set-up – which included Vanda Miss Joaquim flower petals laid out in shape of “LOVE”, tub of ice for wine/champagne I suppose, a little bottle of sweets and water by each of our bedside tables, and bubble bath prepared with flower petals and tealights at the side for our romantic bath – very thoughtfully curated all within a short time span of an hour when we went out for dinner after my proposal, really high-quality service. The villa was great – well-furnished, nice central-control by the bedside, great Bluetooth sound system to play your favourite music, private plunge pool outside was great, very comfortable and nice ambience room on the overall. Highly recommend – despite the high-price, worthwhile for the amazing service, villa, ambience, and experience.

Stayed in Capella for 2 nights, but had the most fantastic stay ever. The facilities and villa were in excellent condition, and most importantly, the service staff was exceptional. They were friendly, prompt in service delivery and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The villa was really spacious and beautifully furnished. Surroundings were tranquil and lush, did not feel like we were still in Singapore. The staff were very thoughtful and friendly - we asked for wine glasses before heading out for a few hours. When we returned, besides the wine glasses there was also a bucket of ice - which they have clearly been replacing so that we have fresh ice when we eventually return.
