Great hotel, feels like 5star service”
Stayed at Hotel Casiana with family to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We booked a three bedroom suite. Everything about the experience is amazing. Pre-check in - I called to request for early check in as my dad was tired from the long travel and wanted to lie down for a nap they said they will try their best to accomodate - we arrived at 12:30 pm and the receptionist welcomed us and informed us our room is ready. We were also welcomed with a warm smile by the security guards Our bags were promptly brought up by the service staff. The room was amazing, super clean, luxurious, it has everything that we need, it comes with microwave too. Service requests for plates, utensils, extra towels all came promptly. Breakfast buffet and swimming pool experience were also superb! The staff from reception, restaurant, housekeeping, security, were all super warm and nice. Hotel Casiana was a surprise, didnt expect a lot when I booked but seems like they will now be a Tagaytay favorite. Keep it up! 😊✌🏻

The staff hospitality is something that you will come back to. The only thing we did not like were these insects by the window. The rest of the stay was so great we extended our stay! Kudos to the maintenance staff too! We had lots of request on our first stay, which they attended to without having to feel that we are bothersome. The guards also go above and beyond as to helping us with our luggage and giving us a helping hand and ready with umbrellas under the rain. Making the uncovered parking lot more easy to get to the hotel. Facilities need an upgrade when it comes to parking lot. Guests parked on the far corner won’t be so comfortable getting inside and leaving the hotel during bad weather. The dining area needs more space especially during breakfast buffet. Maybe they can instead extend the breakfast time to lessen the people having breakfast in the area. The cafe is lovely but also cramped. Overall everything is great! We’ll be staying with them again soon this year. That’s how we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: They have bunch of delicious foods for buffet breakfast. Plenty of choices. This is what Me & my Husband looking for as always when we book a hotel. Worth it when it comes to money. They are just few hotels in Tagaytay that offer buffet breakfast on weekdays, only on weekends. That is a plus. Our room on the 10th floor is so spacious, almost complete amenities from toiletries, ref, coffee, tea, slippers, big cabinets, tv (no channels just YouTube & Netflix), shower is just so perfect & working hot rain shower, super clean & comfortable, they have purifier, the balcony has great view, they put us near the road & taal view and it was so perfect. So much more to compliment this hotel. Cons: Some staff were not properly train for some politeness & courtesy. No greetings at all for most of the staff like good morning, afternoon & evening, they just pass by. Even guards are just seating & using phones most of the time. No smile, no greetings at all & they don't even bother to open the door for you. Unlike other hotels that we been. Though it is manageable & tolerable, it's just that the Mangement/Owner could have improve this manner. It should comes within every staff attitude & personality, even if not including All in all great stay here at Hotel Casiana Tagaytay. We will surely come back & recommend this to others. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Casiana Hotel, it was cozy and has pleasant atmosphere. **Facilities:** The facilities were clean, especially the playroom, which our nephews thoroughly enjoyed. We also had a great time night swimming in the heated pool. **Room:** As a family of 10, we booked two executive suites with three bedrooms each, and found them clean and comfortable. However, be aware that there's only one suite of this type per floor, so booking two suites on the same floor is not possible. The towels were a bit worn, but still usable. The beds were very soft, and each room, as well as the living room, had a TV. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located near popular places in Tagaytay, including Skyranch, Taal Vista Hotel, and Mahogany Market. **Breakfast:** We were kinda disappointed with the breakfast selection, especially since I had enjoyed it so much last year. It appears that a change in management might have affected the quality and variety. **Staff** The staff are super nice, polite, and accommodating. They granted our request for an early check-in. Thanks so much! Overall, we enjoyed our 3-day, 2-night family stay here and hope they maintain their service and facilities. We’ll be back for sure! P.S. I booked this tagaytay hotel based on the good reviews I read. The good experiences include: ample parking space, helpful guards (who always assists my senior father getting in and out of our car and when climbing the stair to the main door), easy and fast check-in and check-out, accommodating front desk (when asked the location of the massage room, the staff accompanied me to the exact location), pleasant staff (all staff greeted us pleasantly and the bellboy assisted my senior parents with our bags), spacious and clean room with balcony, with heated pool, okay buffet breakfast (with 4 variety of viands available aside from the sides, salad, breads, fruits and egg station). Regarding the food, I would suggest additional options for dessert and soup.
