Chose this hotel to stay at after staying in 2 years ago w my cousin. But this time for my solo trip. It is near to all the shopping complexes across the road , theres an indian restaurant outside the hotel few mins walk away from the entrance of the hotel's mall. Per night security deposit is $1000baht. Overall stay was great as i chose this hotel due to the fact that it has a white calming concept in the room which made it cozy for me to sleep in after a long and tiring day out. Ordered room service before and the food was great as well. Called room service as i requested for ironing board as it was not included in the room. Reached pretty fast to me , in the room. Service by the staffs is excellent. There was a day i was out till late and i received a phone call at night in the room after settling down, by the housekeeping department if I needed them to come and clean my room or replenish the items in the room. That is really beyond their service as i never experienced that before other than a slip of paper under our door if no housekeeping was done. Overall i love my stay here and will come back if i revisit Bangkok once again.

Nice hotel nice view”
Staff were very friendly, room is great, looks new, have universal PowerPoints. Breakfast and lobby area has really nice vibes as well. Our stay there was comfortable. During breakfast, staff served our drinks order to the table, felt like it was a nice gesture. The food was not bad. The egg station even has poached eggs n egg Benedict.

Beautiful hotel pond, excellent staff. walking distance to shops et al”
The rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable and you can manage the a/c temp. There is no swimming pool!!! but there is a beautiful pond/recreational area where you can lie out on these amazing beds and enjoy the sunset/ read/ listen to the water (but a pool would've been far better of course!). It's really convenient but if you walk - don't go the wrong way round the building. There are shops all along the road that it's in, but you walk a tiny way out from the small street to the main road. There are massage places all along the road (and in the shopping mall linked to the hotel) that open til very late. It's walking distance to Central World and in the evenings there are night markets everywhere. Countless food options and the hotel breakfast buffet is an expansive spread that offers you a good break from spicy thai food if you need it. Interestingly there's also a number of Indian food outlets if you turn right from the front of the hotel down that main road and a south thai malay muslim place with good food too (for those who need strictly halal options). Nice place (but would've preferred a pool) - but still thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

stayed 5D4N at centara watergate pavillion; the hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel front entrance is in an alley, but it is also just a walking distance from big c, centralworld and platinum mall - note you would have to cross the busy roads of bkk or cross an overheadbridge everyday since the hotel is on the other side of the road. however, the palladium flea market is just right down from the hotel as well, so is a 7-11. the breakfast spread was good, though you might get tired of the same food for 5 days straight, they do switch it up abit from e.g. fish to chicken porridge...etc. the staff were efficient, very friendly and helpful. it was around my parents birthday during our stay, and we were surprised with a birthday card and cake when we were back in our own room. Very satisfied with my stay here 👍

Highly recommended place to be!! The staff is all friendly and helpful. My quarantine process with them went well. I requested a private van to the hotel which cost about 500 baht otherwise I have to wait for the others for a free shuttle to the hotel. They send me to the hospital where they take my PCR test and they also gave me 1 set of self test kit for me to do on the 6th day and after that straight to the hotel. The room was spacious, 18th floor high up, clean and the view is awesome! So happened I reached on Sunday there is a market nearby and the sound of them singing and enjoying the night. Which means loud music and bass 🤣🙈 but it didn’t bother me at all. I was too tired. The breakfast is also superb and the room service food is OMG! Yummy! All communication is via WhatsApp, that’s how convenient it is with them. Will surely come back here again! Thank you CentaraWatergate for everything!

Super hotel and great service ”
My 2nd time staying in this hotel and it never fail to impress me with their rooms and service. Request for connecting room and they really make an effort to assign me when I email them. My luggage wheel was broken, I asked help from the reception and was attended by the manager Khun Ajchara, she went extra mile to assist in contacting the person that I found online and arrange the pick up and send back. She even assist my husband to make payment for an online order using her own account. Thank you so much for going extra mile. I never regret choosing and staying at Centara Waterpavilion. Highly recommend and will stay here again for my next trip.

Amazing experience”
I loved my four days, three nights stay at Centara. Best part was that the service at Centara was super good, from the door man to room cleaning to lobby staffs to bar staffs, the service was exceptionally good. The location is walkable distance to train. The rooms are clean and our bed was comfy. The only minus point was that our room's toilet bowl and toilet seat was not aligned well, so the toilet bowl keep touching the leg when we sit on the seat to use. Other than that the stay was amazing, rooftop bar was beautiful too and I would definitely come back next time to Centara.

Great SHA+ hotel with phenomenal breakfast!”
Booked the hotel for SHA+ quarantine stay after entering Thailand from Germany. The airport shuttle was well organized. On the way to the hotel we stopped at the hospital for PCR test (drive through). After arriving at the hotel the staff explained everything to us and showed us the room at 18th floor with stunning view over Bangkok city. We got the test result after like 9 hours and got informed via WhatsApp message. Until then we had to stay in the room and are not allowed to leave (quarantine). But it was easy to wait because the rooms are quite luxurious and offer 24/7 rooms service and offer delicious food at all kind. After getting the test result you're free to go where you want. The next morning we got served one of the best breakfast we've ever had (no kidding). You can choose what you'd like to have from the menu the night before. And they really make every breakfast wish come true. We had the breakfast at their nice roof top terrace at 9th floor next to a roof garden and water fountain and again with a great view over Bangkok city. We can highly recommend this hotel and especially the breakfast and will definitely come back here.

Great Location, Super Service, Clean Room”
This is my 2nd time staying at Centara Watergate. 1st time was before covid, standard is still as good, no regret and will come back again. Would like to compliment the manager Khun Ajchara, she goes extra mile to assist me on my spoilt luggage and my hubby online purchase to make arrangement for the delivery and payment. Most of my request was being delivered. Really love their hotel and service. About 8mins walking distance to MRT Ratchaprarop. Highly recommended!!!!

Stayed in the hotel as a solo female traveller. Love the location as it is about 5 minutes walk to Platinum mall and less than 10 minutes walk to the Airport Rail link. However, it is a little bit far of a walk to the Siam area (approx 20 mins or so) Love the clean aesthetics of the room! Staff are very welcoming and friendly too. Will definitely recommend the hotel and stay in this hotel again :)

WOW, this hotel is always my first choice when going to Bangkok. It's clean and tidy. The staff are polite and very helpful. It's near to the night Market and there are 7-11 around!!! It's just a 15 min walk to the Erawan Temple too.

Excellent hotel with nice breakfast”
Walking distance to popular shopping havens like Platinum mall and Central world. Hotel is clean with good security, the staff records every vehicle number plate coming and leaving fetching guests. Staff service level is superb, all of them can speak basic english and are very polite towards the guests. Hotel breakfast is da bomb! Wide array of food selection and their choice of eggs are brilliant! Would definitely be coming back for my next stay in BKK. Keep up the good work guys! Cheers!

I have a great and wonderful stay with the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful to answer my enquires . The package included the RT-PCR testing , one way airport pick-up and breakfast.
