Things I like

Location, size of chalet was good, well equipped kitchen, comfortable communal seating, hot showers and good sized towels, quiet location.

Things I don’t like

The downstairs toilet smelt of drains. On arrival to the property there was no toilet paper or handsoap in the whole property (disgraceful for a £4000 eur stay for 10 nights). When I asked for toilet roll to be provided - the initial response was no until I made a complaint. This was resolved the following day. The bed configuration was not as advertised. The grass in the garden was not maintained / just weeds. Again - for a stay of this price, I am not sure I expect to have to strip my bed as if it were a hostel.... (but less of an issue). Internet was patchy in the evenings or when everyone connected

Things I like

Fantastic location right next to one of the argentiere bus stops, meaning all ski areas in the chamonix valley were very accessible. Walking distance to Grand Montet gondola (one of a better ski areas in my opinion). The chalet is great and fits 8 comfortably as advertised. 4 bedrooms with a large communal area including fireplace and good kitchen facilities.

Things I don’t like

Just a few notable small things - luckily didn’t effect the experience too much. 1. Fireplace provided but no smaller wood / ability to split the logs outside. 2. No bin bags in the chalet 3. Initially advertised 200m from supermarket however is a 15min walk away 4. Front door handle a bit dodgy 5. Arrival time was 3pm on booking.com but on the day of arrival were told we were unable to check in until 5pm.

It's cute, clean and comfortable little house. Great location. 2 bedrooms with own private bathrooms, witch it was perfect for the girls 😊 beds was comfy. We really loved that place.

Comfortable chalet for a family group”

Things I like

Good location close to the Grand Montets ski area and next to a bus stop giving access to the other places in the Chamonix valley. Comfortable and well-equipped lounge, dining and kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Enough storage. Well thought out entrance with heated floor, ski racks, coat hooks and shelves for shoes etc. Host and agent very helpful with issues. Little garden area (although mainly stones). Cot and high chair provided on request. Washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV etc etc.

Things I don’t like

The layout is strange. The beds in the twin attic room have very little head space and there is no sound proofing which meant little sleep for one of our party. The en suites are up internal stairs in the 2 bedrooms. The toilets are separate to the bathrooms. The toilet on the landing is between 2 bedrooms and again very little soundproofing. I.e. lots of stairs. We had a bit of a hiccup at the start as we had been promised a cot but the one in the chalet was broken when we arrived. It was sorted out in a few hours though - the host and the agent were both very helpful.
