Our stay at this beach hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, and with stunning views. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any request. The facility was top-notch, including a spacious pool, and well-maintained rooms. My parents, younger brother couple and I, stayed in three rooms. Every morning my parents went to beach in front of hotel to play in the water, then went to pool on the rooftop and to eat breakfast in hotel. The rice noodles and omelets made on the spot were really delicious, and the kimchi was also quite tasty. It was my first family trip, so difficult to choosing a place to stay, but I was so happy that my parents were so happy. All the staff were kind. On the day of departure, the taxi to the airport was canceled, but they immediately called another taxi, so we were able to finish trip comfortably. Thank you. We have a good impression of Vietnam. I want to visit again next time.
This is our second time at Chicland. The first time was in June-July 2024. Our whole family really enjoyed Chicland, so this time when we came to Da Nang, we didn't hesitate to book Chicland for the whole group. However, this may be the last time because of some not-so-positive experiences as follows: 1. The biggest advantage was the location, which has now become a disadvantage because music events and team games are organized on the beach right next to the hotel. The loud noises and dance music lasted until midnight, which was quite overwhelming. Of course, I understand that this is beyond the hotel's control, but it made us feel very tired. Especially on the last Sunday, the music was playing from morning until late at night with an incredible volume. 2. In addition to the sound from outside, when we were in room 610, we heard many other sounds from the plumbing and some other systems of the hotel. It sounded like an airplane was flying overhead. 3. The service quality has declined. While it's good for them that the hotel is now much busier than last year when we visited, it also means the breakfast area is crowded, food runs out and isn’t replenished in time... The staff seemed indifferent. With these issues in mind, for that price range, we have many better options.
the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially nguyet was super kind and helped us with everything. During breakfast everyone was very attentive and the staff brought us tea every morning. The room is spacious, has high quality furniture and cancels out the noise pretty well and we were able to sleep very good. the cleaning staff and security staff were very kind too and we enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is really close to the beach. The only thing I would wish to be better is their breakfast, we stayed there for a total of three weeks and it was a bit repetitive, and could taste better with more variety, but overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

I must say that this is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. There are many trees, close to nature, with rustic raw materials that have great taste, and it is clean. I love everything from the bed and mattress, sheets and pillows, to the wardrobe, the room view, the swimming pool, and the service attitude... Even though the price is a bit higher, it is definitely worth bringing the whole family back here. And right across from the beach, you just need to step across the road to get to the sea, it's truly wonderful! 🥹
