Great location, Easy Access to transport, Very Clean & comfy rooms”
I loved the location of the hotel, next to Burjuman mall. It is close to the Burjuman metro, has access to buses, cabs. My parents wanted to book another place but I was adamant on booking this hotel as I didn't want my parents to walk a lot. I was not disappointed. We stayed on 13th floor with an extravagant view of the Dubai Deira skyline. The lights shimmered at night and it was a lovely view during the day too. We had our breakfast near the window everyday and some of our dinners also. We flew in early so waited till noon to check -in, the staff was kind enough to give us a room (we had booked two rooms) early to relax. The deluxe rooms are quite spacious and very clean too. The bathroom is also tidy and comes with a bathtub and shower. The staff in all the departments are very friendly and prompt, our requests were promptly fulfilled without any delay. In fact, they quickly provided free replacement for room key cards. I plan to stay at this hotel in future as it was worth it. View - 8.5/10 Location - 9/10 Cleanliness - 8/10 Space in rooms - 8/10 Comfy bed - 8/10 Bathroom - 8/10 Amenities - 8/10 Value for money - 7/10

By far, one of my best experience”
Really great hotel with wonderful staff, public transportation (bus and metro) right at your doorstep, shops and restaurant all just walking distance away. the staff are very attentive and will do their best to attend to all your needs. commendation to Mr. Mohammad Ali, Mr. Sithik and all at reception for a smooth and quick check-in/out and all the porters who were always ready to assist after a long day of shopping and extra special mention to Lutfur (one of the porter) and Miss Riya in the restaurant. You two really made us feel so at home. thank you once again and i hope i get to stay with you guys on my next trip to Dubai.

Me and my husband with my other colleague from Malaysia went to Dubai to attend a medical conference. We stay there for only one night but very satisfied. All the staff very polite and friendly. The room even not big, but very comfortable. Can see the Dubai Frame from my room (city view). Also near to train station, near to Burjuman Mall which we can get so many restaurants and food there!

first time in the hotel,excellent location, near to metro station, carreffour supermarket (next building) , burjuman mall and punch of restaurants . staff ,very helpful and cooperative specially Mr. Jawad in the front office who mad my short stay comfortable,, Hotel has free .Gym ,Suna and swimming pool which was nice . breakfast is reasonable.

All you need is here”
This hotel has a really good location for people, who like being not far from the city center and have everything at their disposal. 3 min walk is Burjuman Metro Station with interchange of the red and green lines, so you can reach any destination you need in a short time. You can get to the hotel from the airport very quickly as well. Around the hotel there is a mall, also called Burjuman, there you can find a lot of shops, cafes and restraunts, where they serve fast food, seafood, different Asian food, etc. Prices are affordable. The rooms in the hotel are not very big, but clean and have all the facilities you need, including a swimming pool on the 14th floor and a spa salon. The reception staff and housekeeping staff are always ready to help.

Great location in Dubai next to Burjamin Shopping Mall & Metro Station”
I chose this Hotel not only because of the modern building exterior look & high levels for a view but for its location to the Mall, eating facilities & nearby metro station which we used to travel to many other areas of Dubai. It was also a cost effective taxi ride from Port Rashid (under 25 dirhams) for before or after a Cruise.

Location is the best. You can reach anywhere in Dubai easily. Hotel is very nice. Amazing staff. Fawad at front desk was very courteous. Yes, rooms are a tad small due to the tower design, but that should not be a deal breaker. Small rooftop pool for kids.
