"We had came to Thailand many many time. This is a hotel which I will definitely come back to stay for my next visit . Cleanliness and staff service is good. Breakfast also suitable for vegan. And 7/11 is nearby only. Not far from main road. Easy to get taxi. WiFi is strong . I got reasonable price from Agoda. Will be back to stay once in Bangkok. . If can , wish the hotel can add more variety food for vegan. Especially there was more and more people start to care about health. And during our stay there is very less people stay. Maybe due to corona virus issue. Less tourist"

"Stayed for extended period of 5 weeks total at discounted rate due to recent pandemic. Some hotel facilities were closed such as swimming pool and no complimentry tea/coffee making facilities in room but otherwise all good. Hotel quickly fills up with weekend guests and block A is nearer the main road and traffic is fairly constant so more noise if that's an issue request block B when booking. Located on the outskirts of Bangkik but easy to access Central Bangkok via a local taxi about 100 baht to BTS skytrain which how has new stations . BTS is 44 baht to SIam Square . Hotel is clean and staff helpful. 500 baht breakage deposit on arrival but refunded when you leave. Staff speak English but local area is for Thais so be prepared for this. Plenty of local food outlets and convenience stores along the main road Would use again when staying in Bangkok. "

"This is a great place to stay if you have a long layover in Bangkok and you do not want to stay in the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very decent and a good value for your money. They also provide free transfers to and from the airport. Breakfast is included as well. The hotel is cute and quiet as it is located on a side road off a main road. We would stay here again if we needed an airport hotel in Bangkok."

"So nice hotel! I was so pleased to stay there. The staff is very hospitable and kind, they helped my taxi driver to find it, and allowed me to check-in early with no extra charge (my room was vacant at the day of my arrival). And the location is good: 15 min walking to Grand Palace and Wat Pho. I totally recommend this hotel in Bangkok"

"I booked hostel Urby after a meditation retreat, so coming back to Bangkok was a bit daunting. Hostel Urby was the best choice I made- it sits on the river with a lovely view from the balcony over the city. The Dorms have the perfect cubby hole beds with curtains and ice cold air con (duvet's provided). The common areas are large, bright, clean and modern. I spent two days chilling here in and out of the hostel. There's tea, coffee, cereal and a microwave for making your own foods and drinks which they allow you to bring in. The bathrooms are cleaned every day twice a day and are really nice. The staff are so friendly and welcoming giving advice whenever they can. There's a little bar attached to the hostel with beers and coffee etc. It actually felt really fancy so I'd give 10 stars for Value for money if I could. Next time i'm back in Bangkok i won't look anywhere else, I'm staying here again 100%. "

"The Best Comfort Bangkok Hotel is situated in a fantastic location on Sukhumvit road soi 19. The Hotel is great for people on a budget as the value for money it offers is better than you will find anywhere else in my opinion. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the free breakfast is basic but decent enough. The best thing for me was how helpfull and friendly the staff are. We arrived at 6am after traveling from over 12 hours. I was expecting to have a wait for the room but no, they handed us the keys straight away and we could finally relax. This was a great thing for them to do and shows how great the staff are at Best Comfort Bangkok Hotel. I will return here again and again."

"This is my second visit since last year. Showed some improvement at receptionist counter (More attentive and polite). Check in and out was fast, paid deposit of THB2000 for 3 nights by credit card which will be refund when you check out (Hotel in Bangkok need deposit during stay, so is ok for me). Booked Luxury Room at Main Tower, rooms are spacious, clean with stable wifi and clean big bath room with clean bathtub, everything as show in Agoda website. Only downside is the bathroom, very slippery floor, so be careful everyone. (I nearly fell a few times during my stay, hope something can be done before accident happens for other guest). Last of all, this hotel is very close to most shopping center in Pratunam and there are a lot of small night stall outside hotel and famous chicken rice are just opposite of hotel but will need to walk around 15-20 mins to reach nearest BTS. Will still choose to stay here if there's room promotion on my next trip to Bangkok."
