Everything about the Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago is at the same time opening, excellent, and lay back. Check in and check out are as easy as opening a refrigerator. Staff is always "at your service" but never "in your face." Staying here is like staying with family.

It is very nice to stay as outlet is close and shuttle bus stop is close. Also airport shuttle is good. It is far from downtown, thus we can use outlet shuttle to get metro to go downtown, which takes 1hr. If time is available, recommend to stay here.

From the amazing location to the friendliness of the staff, this hotel was great for visiting Chicago and wanting to be near all the touristy spots. Of course there are lots of other hotels in Chicago depending on what you are planning on doing/seeing, but Hotel Felix was nearby most of the attractions we were in town to see and it was easy to get to and from.

The staff (front desk, doorman, cleaning), rooms (spacious, clean, quiet, styled) , fitness center (spacious, new equipment), bar (great Happy Hour!) and location (walking distance to great restaurants)...welcomes you from when you initially arrive and when returning from a long business day. A great "go to" hotel whenever visiting Chicago!

This hotel is a no frills, everything you need option to lodging near McCormick Place Chicago. Most days we walked to the convention (5 blocks), even if we had to pay a taxi it wouldn't be much. From our arrival to departure the Omni Chicago shined. The staff was helpful, but not intrusive. The suite was clean, spacious and well designed. We had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant before a busy day at the museums. The pool and hot tub provided a few moments of needed relaxation at the end of the day. We will be back.

Lake suite room is an amazing lake view of Chicago. Room quite big and clean but bathroom so small. Bell service can’t help you so much. Staff not professional for check in .

Stayed for four nights. It’s a nice and clean hotel in appearance but I think there must be something in the AC vents as I got terrible sore throats and my allergies acted up worse than ever. Heard others with rooms over the pool complaining of a musty smell and they moved rooms. We were on the 8th floor. It seems like they need to clean their AC ducts.

We loved the Ivy! It's my new favorite hotel in Chicago. We stayed in there King Suite and it was so nice. Huge soaker tub, beautiful shower. Modern but warm decor. Bed was so comfortable and it was so quiet.

I really enjoyed this hotel! I travel to Chicago every month for work and stay a few nights at a time. I've stayed at several hotels in the area but this one was one of my favorites. I selected the Cambria because my son was having surgery at Lurie Children's Hospital and the hotel is right next door - literally a 2 minute walk. Great location! Very clean with a very cool vibe. Central downtown Chicago! Most convenience for tourism to walk around all landmarks and sightseeing'

The location of this hotel is ideal for a stay in Chicago. The city is easily accessible on foot from here, with plenty of local cafes and restaurants, although the cost and quality of the hotel food is excellent. In addition the hotel facilities are very good with a pool and rooftop seating. The staff are hugely attentive and helpful. We loved it!

The location was a good one, near most of the central attractions. Room size was good and price too. The rooms are slightly old, but that seems to be the case for most hotels in Chicago.

We were only staying in Chicago a couple of days as part of a longer trip - and this hotel was absolutely perfect. Superb value for money. perfect location in downtown and close to start/finish line in Grant Park for Chicago Marathon Race. and you can take walk to metro line and restaurant with delicious foods. furthermore, you can enjoy shopping times in Macy and Target. anyway, good choice for SilverSmith hotel when you take stay in Chicago.
