I did a lot of research to find this hotel. Most hotels offering the same size room are 50% more expensive. The ladies working the front desk when I was there, were very, very friendly! We had issues with my booking so it took a while to get me checked in so they upgraded me for free! They served free breakfast in the morning. It was the perfect stay for a single traveler who had a layover in Copenhagen.

The stay was good, the check in process was fast. Wifi was fast although it requires a login everytime you need to connect. The room was spacious given the size of other hotels in Copenhagen. Bed was quite comfortable but pillows were too soft for my taste. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It’s very nearby bus station just 3 mins by walk. I love it has elevator!! Everything is perfect but the kitchen is too small. Don’t need to worry,because the food is cheap in Copenhagen. I’ll go back to Copenhagen and staying in A&O again.

Location about 10min taxi away from Copenhagen train station. Close to Copenhagen shopping area which is good to save some transportation cost after heavy shopping. Room is small but clean, fit budget for short stay.
