"This should not be called a hotel unless your idea of a hotel is to check in inside an office. If you're looking for a lobby with a reception desk, look elsewhere. Our room was inside an apartment building. That said, the room was fine. Three queen beds, one on the floor was great for a family of four. Plus a kitchenette, washing machine and bath tub. None of which was advertised, by the way. Please don't call it a hotel."

"It is a new building and great location, the room is a standard size same as another hotel in Japan. The staff on day shift don't have much smiling, but it is still ok. We can't park our bike in front of the hotel, that makes our trip very inconvenienced. Riding bike is very common in Fukuoka, they should have a place for parking. Nearly the hotel, has many good places to eat."

"I stayed here for a few days while visiting Fukuoka. The rooms are basic but you hlget what you pay for. The lobby makes it feel more expensive than it really is. Felt they could have labeled the location a bit better. The sign was hard to see unless you walk right past it and turn your head. Friendly staff and close to some shopping centers."

"I can't run out of good things to say about this hotel. I got the solo room located at the ladies' exclusive floor and stayed for two nights. I loved the interior of the room! Furniture are custom-made to maximize space. Pillows and bed are comfortable. There is a laundromat located on the same floor so it's perfect for travelers who will be moving on to other parts of Japan; no need to bring too many clothes. There is also an ice maker so I enjoyed all my drinks in spite of the summer heat. The foot massager inside the bedroom was a nice touch. The Onsen is a special treat after a long day exploring. Best of all, Hakata station is just a walking distance. I'm in Hiroshima right now and will be coming back to this hotel as I head back to Fukuoka. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Fukuoka not only for the many amenities I just mentioned, but also for convenience and to save you from transporation cost as it is centrally located. My favorite hotel in Japan so far!"
