Goa hotels & accommodations
I was so lucky to grab the Leela Goa (via Agoda) during the off-season at an incredibly affordable price, but I must admit that even though the experience is probably worth every penny of the rates it usually commands ($300-400/night during from Oct-Apr)...I probably wouldn't have been able to afford such luxury if not for the off-season. The airport shuttle was a 5-s...
before going to Goa, we heard a lot of bad experiences from our friend that the hotel where they stayed not as they expected and their holiday become unpleasent experience. While we were searching, we still have this worry and it still have that until we arrived in the hotel. First thing that make our worried slowly dissapear that the hotel design was beautiful startin...
We are three friends planned a weekend on the go trip to Goa and booked the country inn & suites by radisson. We reached the hotel by 9. Though the check-in time is 1, the hotel management was generous and helped us to check-in by 10 as the other room guest were vacating. The breakfast buffet was awesome and staff was available on call all the time. the pool was well...
It was a wonderful stay and staff was really helpful. we got a early check in as well because we booked for 10 days. Hotel is really great, I would say better or similar to Novotels in Dubai. All was well cleaned and maintained. Not a complaint but a small suggestion would be to make the WC cleaning better and replenish the worn towels, that taken care would surely...
Small resort on the main road in Candolim, a side road bordering the property leads to the beach; at most a 10 minute stroll. Considering the noise and bustle surrounding the resort it is surprisingly quiet and tranquil. Staff friendly and welcoming. Building maintained well and decor inside and out pleasant. Rooms are spacious with large fridge, kettle; makings for te...
This was my 3rd visit to Goa, and everytime I used to stay in North Goa near Baga beach. But this time I decided to give South Goa a try, as their beaches and the water are supposed to be cleaner. The location of this resort is good, about 15kms from the Goa Airport, not too far in the South. The rooms are excellent, although I think they were a bit dimly lit. The Staf...
We only had about 36 hours in Goa and wanted a hotel that was in the older part of town. The Crown Goa Hotel is a charming hotel, that is located on top of a hill so it has sweeping views of the river and the town below. It was surprisingly quiet. The staff were excellent. We had breakfast included and it was very good. They have a nice pool, so you can cool down d...

Fantastic place, location, staff, food and price!! We haven’t been to India before so we wanted to give goa a go and found Beleza. We stayed for 8 nights and have just got back from an amazing trip. I’d give this place 8/10 altogether (would be 10/10 but building work is currently going on and can be a bit noisy) but as soon as that is done the place will honestly be p...
This was amongst one of many trips of goa for me. But, unlike my other trips, it was an out n out family trip. I was travelling with my wife nd my 10 months old daughter so we chose Santana. we initially booked it for two days but den I xtended our booking for a couple of days more. The place is located beautifully in front of candolim beach. Even though the property i...
We had a fantastic time at Regenta Hotel in Varca, South Goa, visited First Week of March for 3 Nights. Varca Beach only 2 minutes away.So clean & surrounded by decent vacationers. Whether With family, or couple enjoying honeymoon, right place. Hotel gives you best value for money. Rooms are much better then what rate you pay for equivalent. Well Maintained, & Spac...
I was looking for 3 rooms online and I hav to choose the best as we were coming here to celebrate my brother in Laws anniversiry. First of all, the Agoda "app" is troublesome, dont rely on it as far as dates r concerned.i booked a stay for 24-26th, the app showed me 23-25th (now while writing review, it shows my stay as 22-24). Out of all dis confusion,i rchd my destination 1 day prior, but the ppl here at Agoda are awesome n very co-operative.In a matter of minutes,Agoda managed with the hotel s...
My first visit to Goa and having stayed in Royal Orchid in Bangalore many times, I decided to choose Royal Orchid Goa as I was already familiar with its excellent service and good hotel design. And as expected, the service was par excellence from the moment we arrive. The check in was good, the room was good, the food in the restaurant was excellent. One thing that is ...
one of the few 5 star hotel in Goa, good hotel staff, 2km to beach. food in Goa is horrible, so just stay with traditional indian food instead of seafood.
Outstanding customer service! Each and every member of the hotel staff provided extraordinary service. The hotel is located at one of the nicer beaches, Calangute - Goa! The hotel is surrounded by variety of restaurants/cuisines for every type. Taxis are available outside the hotel gate and the drivers are extremely reliable. I would definitely recommend The Park at ...
Casa De Goa Hotel We spent a 3 nights at Casa De Goa Hotel in March. The hotel was clean & neat with a laid back holiday atmosphere. The rooms were an average size with a balcony overlooking the pool which was well used by most guests especially if there was live entertainment at dinner. The staff was friendly & willing to assist with any issues guest may have. ...
We had booked Alila Diwa Goa for our honeymoon & it was the best decision we could have taken to make our stay special and luxurious. We had opted fpr Standard Terrace Room. And we were treated with the most quite room with awesome view. Room was fully equipped with all amenities & toiletries. Highlight of the room was large bath tub & rain shower. The hotel staff wel...
bloomrooms@Calangute offers reasonably priced rooms just 15 mins away from the beach. The rooms are a bit small (22 sq. meters) but clean, comfy bed. Despite booking the room very late and at the absolute high point of the Goa season, I felt it was a superb deal (10K INR for 30th Dec to the 1st) considering how exorbitant rooms generally go for. It's situated just off ...
Bogmallo beach resort has one of the finest beach views in Goa(every room has a beach view), where you can literally hear the sound of the waves in your room, so even if you don't feel like going to the beach you can enjoy the soothing views of beach and the sunset from your hotel balcony. One of the best Pool's amongst Goa hotels from where also you can watch the bea...
I really liked the place very good location and friendly staff . Good food in there restaurant I will definitely recommend it for all it's worth your stay. Very good. Rooms and we'll maintained. Location fantastic can not be faulted. Rooms adequate and tidy, views amazing!! Downside bar prices VERY EXPENSIVE compared to elsewhere in Goa
Stayed at this place between 28 May and 01 Jun. Booked this place solely based on reviews on Agoda. To begin with, the resort is easily accessible and the check-in was smooth. The rooms were sparkling clean. The decor is basic, bit everything looks just perfect. Lenin and toilets were very clean. The toon smelled good. The resort has cosy large wooden cabins with gr...
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I believe it is indeed one of the best choices one can make in the northern part of Goa, at least for a medium price budget. The hotel is very clean, has a very nice pool environment and a good restaurant in the hotel. It is one of the newest hotels in the area, therefore indeed clean and modern. The rooms are not extremely spaciou...
if like peace , stay away from local crowd, pubs then this is the best place to stay in north goa. Full of foreign tourists, hardly you will feel like you are in India. Great food and service in the restaurant. no more happy hours though. best part is the location of this hotel, i.e. on the beach. you can directly dive in to the sea :D will definitely recommend this to...
The view of the beach from the restaurant area and lawns were terrific. Though we turned up in an off season with persistent rains, the beautiful landscapes, views and always smiling restaurant staff kept us in high spirits! Palash the restaurant has great food. Cheap places to stay in Goa
place is exactly what you would want in a backpacker dorm. booked one night stayed two, would of stayed longer but time is short.. thanks for everything
Clean, kitchen where you can cook, clean bathroom with hot water, wonderful staff, cosy place, bar, good cheap laundry service, and close to beach, shops and restaurants. I would recommend choosing the 8bed or 6bed options.
This has to be one of the best hostel in goa for solo traveler . The staffs are super friendly. I felt like home there . Two of the best beach in goa are very close by this hostel. If I ever visit goa again this hostel will be my first choose .
I regret not being able to stay there long enough. Its a laid back spacious property filled with homely vibes and warmth. Staff was great too. I wont think twice before booking it for my next solo goa trip.
apart from wifi not working, everything was good. Staff is nice, beds are comfortable and there's a tiny pool as well you can enjoy. Bootstart is located in the middle of the fields in Mandrem Village, its beautiful and serene and not so far away from the beach. worth a visit!
What can I say about this hostel? Simply the best I came across during my 4 day trip in Goa.I loved the feel of the place. The decoration was vintage and hip at the same time. Most importantly the bathrooms were clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful.Trip to Goa is never complete with out staying at this place.Good job Saurab and Karthik.!!
the hostel had the most friendly people
Just 5 mins walk to the beach and there's curtain for privacy in dorms. Hot waters running all the time. The owner Nelson and staff Aaron, Vinu is super cool and helpful. Yoga in the morning is great too. Definitely will stay here again when I come back to Palolem !!
Checked into this hostel an hour before my phone was pickpocketed at Mapusa bus station. The staff were really helpful and let me use their laptop and phones to contact my insurance company and the police station. I also met a great group of travellers to party with on NYE!
well i initially booked for two days but stayed for 2weeks because of the people i've met and the place overall , then went for a week to Hampi then came back to the Roadhouse for another week, so i pretty much enjoyed my time there!!
I recommand this place !
This was one of best hostel experience i ever had. and trust me i had many. since this was the only hostel in south Goa, i was left with no choice but to book this one. and about the hostel, the location is pretty good. there is enough lot to park my bike. and beach is 10 mins walk from the hostel. the people i met from here where all amazing. i would defini...
I've spent 2 nights in Jungle and 2 in Dream and both are pretty much the same. I've met more backpackers in Dreams while in Jungle the ratio between Indian travellers and travellers from the rest of the world was 50:50. All people were very nice and friendly in both hostels. Jungle has some awesome free samosas for brekkie, while Dream offers no brekkie at all. Dream ...
Came here with a friend and stayed in one of the mixed dorm rooms. Clean, safe, and only a few minutes' walk from the beach. The lockers under the bed are nice and HUGE - each is half of the length of the bed (you need to provide your own lock or buy one from the front desk). There are laundry racks on the roof for drying clothes. The breakfast offered at the adjoini...
It's a good place to stay and the location is good but the toilets and the bathrooms were not so clean.
The neighbourhood is quiet and nice to walk through for a stroll. The nearby grocery shops have all you need. The old quarter itself has super friendly and helpful staff. Dont miss out on their coffee which is the best I had in whole Goa and India. The place is great to meet other travelers. Breakfast is delicious and the whole place looks really nice.
Believe it or not, one of the best things about backpacking is staying inn hostel! I’ve heard it so many times from people returning from their travels – and I can vouch for it myself!! I really enjoyed my stay at ZOSTEL! It's very well run and clean hostel. The best I've ever stayed at and the cafe is great. I have to say that the facilities and staff are top notch. ...
We stayed for three days and we had a wonderful feelings over there. The staffs are really good and friendly.Live music all day is good. From resort, we went to some site seeing places and the resort person arranged us a best driver(Sudhakar).During night they conducted candle light dinner which impressed us a lot.we had a best experience over there and best & safe place...
This is definitely one of my best experiences in a hostel . The reception is small but very helpful. The rooms are basic and I stayed in a standard double room ( preferred in the same building ) but the experience was breathtaking. The pool is nice and cosy and the ambience is very serene . The bar and the pool area is the highlight of the hostel . Such delicious cock...
the staff was very helpful and friendly and the hospitality was amazing ansh dewaney was helpful and a friendly man he was the one who guided all about the goa and he was just fabulous person to meet and the reception girl dikshita was very friendly helpful too.
After arriving on time for our check in (after a 15 hour trip) we were told the Deluxe room we had booked on Agoda was not available for us. We were promised every day in our trip that room would be available and other guests would be checking out. This never happened. We were then bribed that if we would give a positive review, then we could get a fraction of a re...
We had a great stay in Hotel La Flor. We stayed here for a transit for train trip. We had a very big room with big double bed and a living room area with comfortable sofa's. The hotel staff was very helpful to supply information for a day trip and see to that everything we needed was taken care of instantly. We dined and had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. We di...
The beach hut was close to benaulim beach. The owner is very friendly. The staff is also good.
All Hi, we were in this place at the beginning of March, with family: I husband and son 1 year. We liked. Beautiful location, just 1 minute walk to the Beach. Good rooms. It was purely and when we asked we at once did cleaning. Even new beautiful sheets on the bed. Staff great. Very отзывчивые guys. Honest. Very well met and was carried out. Helped to a taxi. And we th...
This was my favourite place in Goa! Amazing location right beside the beach, Facing the sea but also really nice and quiet as its tucked away with its own little garden. I spent months in Goa and this is definitely the best place I foun...
Great ambience n taste....ever co-ordinating manager....n very helpful staff.... beautiful experience....just wished the swimming pool had been bigger....
Beach is only 10-15 min away and it’s a lovely walk. There’s two restaurants right next to the guest house. We preferred the one called Camaron’s, great food and staff very friendly. We initially booked to stay here for 2-3 nights, we loved the guest house and Majorda so much we stayed for 7 nights!
Pros: - kind, professional, accommodating staff. Let me have a late check out due to a late bus in the evening. - Aesthetically, thoughtfully composed interiors that made for a really peaceful, beautiful stay! - delicious, wholesome meals. Breakfast was local bread with homemade jam, hot chai and a different Indian element every day- from poha to Upma or idli sambar. ...
The Duck and Chill is a lovely resort. The staff are amazing. The accommodation is not five star in terms of the room. However, the bar and staff are better. I love this place and can highly recommend it. If you want a five star hotel with worst service then book somewhere else. If you want a place to chill with probably best service I have ever known in my 20 years tr...
My friend and I were on a vacation in North Goa, and decided to give this hotel a try. It was a pleasant surprise with its excellent hosts. All in all, great value for mon...

Our stay at Regenta was quite enjoyable & memorable. It is a well designed & well maintained property.Pool facing room had the best view.Staff was very welcoming & cooperative. My stay at Golden Tulip Goa, was wonderful. Great value for money. The hotel was clean, modern, and all round comfortable stay. One of the best hotels in Goa - great price, view & facilities.

In short nice location little inside but not far from market and beach. Stayed in Delux rooms. Better to book pool facing rooms. Rooms and wash rooms are clean. Good spread in breakfast. Items, if not on buffet are also provide if you give a prior notice to the staff. Small pool for kids. The pool is little smaller for adults. The best part of the hotel is that they ha...
My stay @ the ACACIA GOA RESORT met my expectations and more. Even though there was a taxi strike, the airport staff arranged for someone to pick me up @ the airport (I had to call the hotel since they didn't have my contact details BUT that wasn't a problem). My room was cleaned daily, ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The pool, for...
Out of the 9 hotels that we stayed in during our travels in India, I can safely say that Estrela Do Mar was the best, especially when considering the price we paid for the Executive double room was more or less the same amount we had paid for a lot of the other places we had stayed in previous to arriving in Goa. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is jus...
Perfect place for peace or wicked peace what ever be it. Ambiance - 5*, Location - 5* (away from the rogue hustle and bustle, nice people around). By far the best place in Goa i have ever been to. Cant wait to be there again.
By Goa standards this is pretty high, unless you want to take pricing to another level. We stayed 12 nights, from the moment we set foot in the hotel the staff were first class, friendly and attentive. We had spent the previous 6 night sin a hotel that was twice the price but with very poor staff, it was a stark contrast to arrive at the Radisson. We stayed B & B a...
When we first arrived at the hotel, the manager couldn't find our Agoda booking on the system. After many hours of travelling, my partner and I were pretty irritated at the situation. The manager said he didn't have our room type so upgraded us and said he would speak to Agoda. I too messaged them and by the time I had heard back from Agoda the manager said everything ...
I stayed with my senior citizen parents, sister and her 4 year old son. In consideration of my parents age, the hotel upgraded them to a sea view room at check in even though we had not booked one. We loved everything about the hotel- the room size, the balconies, the mini bar, the food (Indian dishes were yummy, just like home made), the location (Goa science centre ...
Incase ur in north goa and plan to stay with family, couple, single this is the hotel. Well trained staff, very polite and helpful, hospitality at it's best. The hotel is well located about a 10 to 15 mins walk to the calangute beach. Has a supermarket at walkable distance, shopping outlets for apparel, food and liquor. Only draw back is that it does not have a lift so...
It was fantastic and memorable trip, me and my wife and my 5 year daughter enjoyed a lot..such a place where you can forgot any nny mmny thnigs and just njoy your life...wonderful stay, and love you goa
More I say less it will be to describe our experience (group of four friends). It is comparatively small hotel with 21 rooms only but not less than any big five star hotel. Rooms are studded with all amenities and requirements from good size beds, new looks of rooms, sitting area with couch and LCD, new style bathrooms and good quality toiletries. Look of Hotel takes y...
Was travelling with my year old toddler. Rooms are pretty decent, but the best part here is the view. Was staying in the beach facing suites. The view was the most relaxing and calming. Very good Customer Service. Excellent Breakfast. Good facilities. Loved my stay here at Goa Meridien.
We chose to end our India adventure here to unwind and refresh after exploring Mumbai , then north and south Goa. We spent 3 days here in luxury with a great pool , 24 hour cheap room service and huge bed, big TV and massive double roomed bathroom to wash away our travels so we went back home refreshed and revitalised. So glad we chose here to do it. If your wanting t...
Pros: amazing location, golf cart service available for roaming within the property, amazing swimming pool, nice restaurants with really good food choices, villas are huge and very luxurious, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel really special, so close to the beach. Must stay property for the ones looking for a relaxing holiday and fun at beach. Cons - quite...
Tried different hotels in Goa but Lalit was the best in terms of price quality. Large rooms, great pool area and private beach. As a downside - not many (good) restaurants around the hotel
It has to be said, I initially booked my stay at another hotel but after one night, I felt uncomfortable and immediately booked the remaining days at W Goa. The comfort, kindness and quality service received from all the staff was great! One thing that stood out noticeably was the ever present friendly smile across everyone I interacted with from W Goa. There was not...
We stayed at Hyatt Centric at Goa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there..The ambience was nice. The plus point was that it is so near Candolin beach and at a happening place. We felt like home and completely comfortable. The staff all around were too nice and extremely helpful. There was warm welcome and at reception staff were good and since it was our first visit to G...
Overall good stay at the hotel. Good location. About a 5min drive to baga beach. Room was huge. Housekeeping was not that good. Always forgot to replace towels and toiletries. However they where very quick and efficient in bringing it yo the room when i called. The breakfast is okay. When booking a room, request pool facing or city facing. Nothing spectacular about it....

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was a nice hotel very close to the beach - just 5 minutes away. The location was absolutely gorgeous. There was a beautiful shack called Calamari right next to the beach and it had some of the best food we had in Goa. The hotel rooms were nice and spacious. The pool was great. It was a great hotel from my perspective. There were ...
Acron Waterfront is an amazing property which has everything one can expect in a good property. Be it extremely friendly staff, every thing is planned very well by the management. Rooms are very clean, room has all the facilities of a five star property, the room rates are also not very high, and they are totally worth the money. Restaurant is also very good, they hav...
Looks more like a business hotel but after being down the south of Goa in lesser accommodation this was perfect. Close to a nice Indian restaurant and a few shops but also a short ride into the main tourist hub of viewing the SFX Jesus Basilica and other churches/museums. The hotel is on a busy road so nothing much you can walk to so if you were basing yourself for mor...
As a family we have visited a lot of the hotels in and around Goa. This time around we settled on this picturesque looking villa. We were pleasantly surprised that the pics on the booking did not do the place justice. It was beautiful the ambience the people the hospitality was just lovely. No practiced smiles at a front desk or rehearsed pleasantries. It was a genuine...
The space was clean and the view was beautiful. We had traveled from 3am in the morning and was exhausted when we reached. The person at the help desk said that we could go to sleep immediately after we arrived, and said he would keep the paperwork for the next day. The hotel is placed conveniently at thee edge of Goa and just next door to Mumbai. This is an excellent ...
Dona Sylviya has always been a paradise for families. With just adequate amenities and facilities, it is the best resort located in South Goa. Food is delicious, great service. Ideal for families.
The property is amazing. It’s a true 5 star beach resort. Anyone looking to get away from hustle of traffic and noise this is the place. It’s located right on the beach. Rooms are very spacious, swimming pool is awesome. They got few restaurants. The buffet breakfast doesn’t offer variety but still it’s sufficient. It’s a amazing place to relax and unwind. Just sit by ...

Should visit Club cubana wednesdays it is ladies entry and drinks free, happening place.Beautiful place.
In north Goa I found Arambol beach to be most beautiful in all beaches which i visited. It was an awesome place.
There are plenty of things to do like visiting Mapusa market, anjuna flea market and apora market at the beach
North goa offers you the perfect Hippie culture Goa is Known for. Indulge the day in sight seeing, water sports, sticking to a shack and spending all the long just looking into the water, enjoying the best quality and taste of food, while reserve the night for some real party.
Nice beautiful place to explore ....but would require to rent a scooty or car to remain independant and mobile to visit the various far flung places.
North Goa is not a city but a collection of resorts and other sites,The beaches are great for sun loungers but the sea tends to be a bit rough often with an undertow so watch the kids.
Funky little beach/ hippy town. Saturday night markets are an experience not to be missed and the weekly Wednesday Anjuna markets are also great to see.
Lovely, lively and happening part of Goa. Baga beach is one of the most vibrant and happening place in north Goa.
Very nice place to visit when u have time. Very cheap place with lot of activities. Friendly nature people and very nice food everywhere.
Best place to relax and enjoy ....come this place a number of times but u will never get bored.....the best thing about this place
Calangute and Baga beaches are very crowded on holidays - but if you go to lesser known beaches like Anjuna or Candolim, then your stay will be very comfortable and no need to traverse through the crowds.
good hotel nice service all good good hotel nice service all good good hotel nice service all good
I got very BAD one thing there, as i'm a tourist I want to some exchange cash money , I went to the shop it's near the hotel, I asked him to exchange money, he gave me in not bad rate that I accepted that rate, he gave me in cash 2,000 rupees, but that cash is illegality, the shop in bangalore told me if i use this cash money the police will arrest me SURE.
its excellent place for holidays, for following reasons relaxation, full of entertainments, clean city.
Many Russian group tours, the waves is much too strong for the children, south goa is definately a better option, much more relaxed and less crowed groups
Though i visited Goa for beaches n sea, i was really fascinated by great architecture of churches. Vegetation n greenery makes this look even better.
its beautiful place with all convenient amenities, church, historical place.lovely beaches.cleaniness.
