"This is the best hotel I've been to in Hanoi. During check-in, they offered drinks and lotus candies (looks like all hotels offer welcome drinks and candies). They warned us of the noise because of construction and because the location was close to bars. They were very much willing to help in every way they can. They helped us buy water puppet show tickets. They always smile. Their service was above and beyond. The room was big, beautiful, neat and clean. (Note: We booked a family room.) The restaurant looks cool. Their breakfast tastes better than the other two hotels we have stayed in Hanoi. They remember our food preferences. When you arrive at the restaurant they would immediately offer tea or coffee. They will also refill it for you. The hotel is steps away from Ta Hien walking street. The place is always bustling with tourist and locals. Finally, you will never go hungry here because there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. Shoutout to William for being extremely helpful!"

"Everything is excellent here. Grand Cititel Hanoi Hotel is located within Old Quarter area, convenience store (Circle K) is just at corner of the street & about 10-15 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Hotel staffs are all friendly & helpful especially the female receptionist who checked me in. Appreciate for the complimentary cocktails they offered to celebrate anniversary with my boyfriend. My room is situated at level 8 (considered high floor in this hotel), not very nice view but very clean, provided with every amenities I need & the bed is really comfortable to rest on. International buffet served for complimentary breakfast, including of salad, fruit, sweet yogurt, bun, ham, cheese, porridge with condiments, rice with dishes, egg station & pho noodle station. Only 3 star for their facilities due to there’s no swimming pool, gym & spa in the hotel. The only unpleasant part is housekeeping attendant ring my door early at 8am on the 4th day just to ask if I need laundry service. "

"Thank you Old Quarter View Hanoi Hostel for making my stay here in Hanoi wonderful and comfy 😊 It really is a home away from home 👍 The room is very clean and the free breakfast is the best free breakfast that I've tried ever in my 1 year of traveling outside the Philippines. Special mention to the accommodating staffs Jenny and Thu for booking my Halong Bay Tour with Swan Cruise which I enjoyed a lot! "I was so lucky to have found Little Charm Hanoi Hostel. I almost booked a different hostel, until I stumbled upon this on Agoda! It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in my 7 months of continuous traveling. The first hostel where beds are made for you daily and towels can be changed daily if you wish. Lots of toilets and shower rooms on every floor so you won't have to queue. Everyone in the staff was GENUINELY NICE. Zoe on the front desk was always helpful and Antonio the Spanish-speaking vietnamese staff. Guy who checked me in was so nice as well, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast was amaaaazing. I did not expect it to be so good. You are given lots of options on a menu card, but on top of that, there's even a buffet spread for fruits, vegetables and drinks (juices, vietnamese coffee, tea, water). Not only that, the hostel even has a pool with jets! The common area is also nice. You get a quiet work area on the second floor, or you can hang out at the restaurant as all their seats are comfy and all areas are work-conducive. So handy when you're working while traveling like me. It was so good, we extended 2 more nights (direct at the hostel) and we booked again for when we come back to Hanoi. Also, the hostel holds your luggages for you (in a storage room with bag tags) if you want to check out and go to Sapa/Halong Bay for a couple of days. Really can't ask for more! If you don't stay here when you're in Hanoi, you'd be missing out on a lot! Hanoi is chaotic but this hostel is your little oasis in the middle of all that! The best!"

"Great hotel right in the Old Quarter! Stayed here twice during our 4 trips through the city and would have stayed all 4 times if there would have been availability. Brand new hotel with very clean rooms and a great breakfast. The staff was excellent providing restraint recommendations and tour information for everything around Hanoi. Would diffidently recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi. "

"If you want a one of a kind luxury hotel experience at a very good price ,stay at this hotel. It has exquisite taste in décor with very attentive staff, that will go above and beyond to cater to your every needs and wishes. That also has exceptional food quality like Europe, with the best chef in Hanoi Mai . Mai cooking is her passion. We can personally recommend the cooking classes. Jack the duty manager we help you with anything that you desire tours, sight seeing, shopping, even tattoo's absolutely anything. He has taught us many things and helped us understand Vietnam culture, spiritualty and customs. He was a kindred spirit and even has an Aussie twang in his voice. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We can not say enough positive things about this hotel and all it's staff. Even the owners surprised us with their generosity and gestures a 10 star hotel in every aspect. Definitely a highlight of our Vietnam holiday. We will miss this kind of service because it is very rare in Australia. It was like staying with family and in the end we became like family. We stayed for 4 nights five days in their company truly a pleasure , an honour .They brought my wife and I to happy tears with such beautiful gifts upon leaving . Sending you all love and light Sara and Andrew Goodman xoxoxoxo."
