"The hotel was quite nice for the price, though certainly not a standard five-star hotel. I'm not sure if there truly is one in Jeju-do. Regardless, the hotel was very clean and had everything one would need would a very nice business center with print services; that was helpful for printing out our boarding passes. The restaurants to the east of the hotel on the same street are worth a shot, though a bit touristy. They have the Jeju specialties like Black Pig ssam-gyup-ssal and the Oak-Ddom-Gui fish. I would stay there again for the convenience and central location to every tourist location in Jeju island."

"With Shilla's branding, this should be one of the best hotel in Jeju. This is a new and quality hotel, but staff lacks warmth and friendliness. Perhaps, this is how a snobbish hotel chain works."

"The room is spacious with good features like a convenience store located within the lobby area. The staff were English-speaking and they provide helpful service in terms of recommendations of where to go in Jeju Island. The location is also superb. It is just 15 minutes away from the airport, 15 minutes walk to the city centre and shopping area, and 10 minutes walk to the seaport where fresh seafood is served. The wind in the area, however, is crazy since the hotel is located beside the sea and unblocked by other buildings. There's also a steady stream of tourists since it's a big hotel. But definitely value for money for family stay."

"only 5 mins away from Olle market. Excellent restaurants in the vicinity. I really enjoyed the bakery in the lobby. Best cheese brioche that I ever had! The only complaint that I have is, although I booked a non-smoking room, it still reeked cigarette. Combined with the typical humidity of Jeju Island, it was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel itself was excellent and I would strongly recommend to everyone!"

"I was travelling down to Jeju Island with my Dad and we had a really nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice-smelling and beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were extremely approachable, spoke decent English and when they could not understand us, we both used Google Translate!!! Staff were helpful with recommendations and we enjoyed their service very much. Though the hotel is up in the North, it's really near to the airport and there's no need to rush to catch our flight. Also, there's a 24-hr mart close by and a couple of great Jeju restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend you to check out this hotel! "
