"I can vividly recall my stay at Tune Hotel; in fact I fondly remember my short 2 days trip to Kuching because it was a last minute spontaneous trip that turned out to be a wonderful memory. Apart from a blackout in all rooms which left many travellers walking out to the corridor, Tune hotel is wonderful. The location is smack on, clean, comfortable, good shower; the lot. Blackouts in hotels are extremely common in Kuching (though i was a bit surprised it happened in Tune), this was made up (in a way) by a complimentary Valentines Day Afternoon High Tea at the lobby the next day. I especially liked their sense of humour; you can feel that the staff are warm and courteous and working together: They actually put up a sign saying why stay at Hilton (across the street) for much more of the price. After my stay, i agreed - I can afford to stay 6 nights at Tune for 1 night at Hilton. The town of Kuching is walkable, and Tune is right in the middle of the touristy part, and the local food haven part. And best of all, 2 minutes to the Kuching waterfront where you pay a pittance to get across in a moped to Fort Magherita and local cuisines. Tune gave me a really good farewell little gift: as you know the only airport shuttle is run from Tune hotel, and i was only charged Rm8 for the trip, albeit that it only runs once every hour - much cheaper than the Taxi fares."

"I chose Margherita Hotel for my experience in Rain Forest Musical Event was due to best online promotion room rates among the hotels in Kuching. Our experience with the hotel hospitality was when we requested for room change and the attention given was superb. We were granted and lead to the ideal room that we requested. We were also elated as we found out that Margherita Hotel would be the 1st pick up point for shuttle bus to the Rain Forest Event and more is also the 1st drop off point after the event over. In other words, we gets the best seat that we wish on the way to Sarawak Cultural Village and able to rest early once the event over. As this was our 1st trip to Kuching, staying in Margherita Hotel helps us to save lots of time to do our shopping and enjoy the town scenery as the location of the hotel have easy access and nearby to many attraction places. Thank you Agoda and Margherita Hotel. "

"I’ve always had the best stay in Regatta Suites! The hotel is still quite new so you can expect all the good stuffs in here!! 😆 Tried both Queen Express Room and the normal Queen Room. If you don’t mind missing some LED mirror and laminated floors, the express room would give wonders! The check in process albeit a bit slow (i bet due to the overwhelming bookings), you can still feel like the staffs are trying their best to accommodate you as soon as possible. And oh, the housekeeping guy I met was so friendly you felt at ease leaving your stuffs behind!! Thank you Awin & all the welcoming faces I saw in Regatta Suites. Keep it up! "

"I've been staying at the hotel for 2 night with breakfast for 2. My stay was great, the hotel was clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good too. I would greatly recommend the hotel to my friends and family. The facilities and service provided is worth the money you spend. The location itself is great too. Located next to CityOne Megamall and near to the 101 Food Centre (5mins walk) which offer a lot of food variety (Mostly non halal). By the way, the Grab service is impressive during my stay. Once you book a Grab, it will take 5 mins or less for them to pick you up at the hotel. I will definitely come back once I travel to Kuching."

"The staffs are friendly from the moment you walk in until you check out. The GM friendly and very responsible as well. She asked how was my stay and my experience staying at the hotel. Some of the 4-5 stars hotel in Kuching does not greet or very friendly, concerned like the same way compare to this hotel. The room very clean. The parking quite hard if you stay at this hotel on weekdays. But for weekend or public holiday you will have no problem looking for a spot to park your car. There are variety of Chinese's coffee shops available surrounding the hotel. Walking distance to The Waterfront, shopping centre, pharmacy, 24hrs mart and bars. 100% will book this hotel again. "
