"Location was surprised me. Located in strategic location, near to main road, and many restaurants around. There is park near to hotel where my kids could play and enjoyed it very much. There are 2 restaurants near to hotel and can be reached by walking less than 5 minutes. In the morning, you can go to Pahlawan Trip Street less than 10 minutes by walking to find nasi pecel only with IDR 7000 or ketan with IDR 3000-5000. I stayed in room no 03. Room is standard room but big enough for std room. I was disappointed with bathroom. Valve under wastafel was leaked so floor was wet all day long if we didnt closed it. No floor mat available until I request and no tissue also in the toilet. Breakfast was too simple, only soup, rice, tempe, and kerupuk. Except about bathroom and breakfast, I like this hotel and will stay again if I go to Malang. "

"After spending 2 nights enjoying hill-side entertainment at Batu, we spent 1 night at Malang, City. A Bali style hotel with excellent Bali hospitality. Some customers might be disappointed by the location but we love it for the various food stall during night and it has distances from main road. Pool is great, various good breakfast, and it does have spacious clean room. Stairs could be annoying for elder. Will I come again? Yes. Will I recommend it to others? Yes."

"+bed is comfy and clean +hot water works +parking is available -Location is not central, you need your own transportation. -tv screen is far too high, above the curtains, can't really watch -no AC or fan. It can be really hot in the day time -no staff at the property, if you need assistance, you have to call them or find them in the opposite house. -there was a problem when we checked in. The lady said the room we booked is unavailable and she offered a different room with additional charge. When we said no, she suggested us to cancel the booking. After insisting we want the room that we've paid through agoda, she finally gave us the right room."
