Best hotels & accommodations in Miami (FL)

Great experience. Wanted a hotel that was kid friendly, economic and included breakfast. The staff were beyond amazing and accommodated me when asking for a room with bathtub for my two year old. Housekeeping was very friendly. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and offered many accommodations when dining with my two year old. The hotel is located right across...

Had it not this hotel, our first time to visit Miami won't be truly fulfilling. The hotel staff was kind enough to give us a room with a nice location of the river. We walked to the American Airlines Arena the home of the Miami Heat Team + the Miami Beach was truly amazing. Thank you Agoda!

Good location, just outside of MIA with nice resort feeling setup. Nice view of Miami downtown especially at night. Easy to get out of Miami area to visit Key West and southern Florida national parks and also close to the airport. Airport shuttle runs from 5 am to 1 am. If you need to catch early flight, taxis are waiting at the door and several Uber cars are avail...

Excellent service in the front desk very helpful people willing to help you in anything u need, excellent housekeeping, excellent location with a lot of shopping stores around, room very comfortable and clean, parking lot super good and safe, and yes i recommend it to anyone, I'll definitely stay here any time I come back to miami!

Elevators were very quick, I seem to have a personal interest in this as I dislike slow elevators no matter the size of the building. The quicker I can get to my floor, or to the lobby, the better. Staff was kind and knew what they were doing, didn't seem bothered with questions etc. Room was great, clean, smelled a little weird but I assumed it was the previous tena...

Because I needed one day or two stay in Miami. ,then i should fly to another place. So, The location of hotel was most important to me. Especially the hotel has shuttle to the airport . It was more convenient for me. And the room and service of hotel was nice also. I must emphasize the point about the breakfast. Yes ,it was wonderful.

We had a really good stay. Very comfortable beds and it was wonderful to find a room that accommodated two single travellers without forcing us into twin-size beds! (We are adult sisters travelling together). The gym had a lot of good equipment. The location was great for access to the American Airlines Arena, where we attended a concert. It isn't great if you're pl...

For the price you could get a far better hotel , dirty rooms , disgusting carpet can’t walk barefoot in your room , restaurant only accepts cash , a hotel of this mediocre caliber should at least include breakfast , friendly front desk staff but unfortunately the hotel caters to some very questionable clientele , you can smell pot in hallways and who knows what else go...

The Hampton in Doral was an excellent place for us to stay in close proximity to where we needed to be. All of the staff there are friendly and very helpful and our room was nicely appointed with a good view from our window. The bed was comfortable, although the cover was too heavy and had a texture that was too rough. The A/C in our room made a washing machine soun...

It's a great experience in Best Western, very convenient approach to turnpike and easily find several Plaza around to buy food and have dinners. The facilities are good to use but the wifi is a bit regret due to the poor network speed. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Stayed in different hotels in the Miami airport area, sofar, this one was the best for a reasonable price. Coming in from a long transatlantic flight, it's a good ,quiet place to rest Young woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Had some chinese take out from next door which was surprisingly nice.

Ok. I arrived very late to the Miami airport. Since I knew my flight wouldn't arrive until midnight, I called the hotel directly the day before to ensure my room would be held (since I had made the reservation online). When I arrived, I was told I was "lucky" there was still a room, because the hotel was full, and was given the handicapped room. The handicapped room wa...

This is a great, neat and tidy spot to stay. We only stayed one night after a cruise, nice large bed, decent bathroom and great connection to the train to the airport. Seemed like a safe area in the time we were there, close to a nice open air shopping centre. Staff were all really polite and gave us some great tips on where to shop/eat close by. Not much personality ...

The EB Hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and there have been many over the years as we often travel for work as well as privately.. The hotel is certainly high end in all ways. It’s very modern and very clean. It conveniently located near the Miami airport and we had a great great night’s sleep because it was quiet as well. We had excellent service and ...

What makes a great hotel? How about one that I don't even have to think about? What I mean is that if I wanted to go anywhere, (walking or otherwise), everything seemed in close distance while hiding itself away on a quiet street. What I mean is that when I step out of the shower, I can see myself in a square on the mirror that hasn't fogged b/c it's heated. What I me...

So we booked an apartment hotel and this was super nice. There were 7 of us including 2 older children and 2 younger ones plus an infant but this place was huge. We were pretty tired when we arrived but check in was fasr(with delicious cookie to boot) and our place was a 2,bedroom with 2 baths, a laundry area and a kitchen where we can cook (including utensils and cook...
Cheapest hotels in Miami (FL)

Typical motel with old chair outside the room. Needs to be upgraded more becsuse even if tiles in toilet were newer, the doors were old and moldy. The pictures in the booking websites don't match what it really looks like in reality. Owner was nice though but it costs way over what it had to offer. But there was ample parking.

Room was good, front desk wont accept my passport since it is an old one and does not have a digital page with a photo, but it is still valid till 2016. Also even there is 2 united states visas and many country entries on it she insisted they are visa and this is not passport, well makes sense, when asked to cancel and a refund it was okay.

Metromover station aside, easy access from road, Riverwalk in the back and a good price. Location is one of the best. Saw other hotels in Downtown with same price but I liked the view of this one. Cons: just looks old and tired. Some investment there and could compete with the best. That's management problem. Come on, don't be so maceta. The bad reviews: the owner des...

We had to extend our stay a couple of nights and called the front desk who quoted rates. The front desk was rude and implied we were lying, even though the manager later found the rates quoted in the notes. We were charged and extra day and were overcharged and then charged instead of credited, so I had to speak to the manager again to have corrected. I was overcha...

The floor was filthy. The room smelled moldy and bad. The AC was noisy and in need of repair. The cleaning staff did not speak any English. The elevators was very slow. The stairs were only for going down with no door knobs once you were in the stairwell and you could only exit on the bottom floor .... scary. The staff at the desk was mostly unfriendly. No Kleenex's....

Pros Access to Gym & Pool Cuban Restaurant 5 mins walk away Friendly Staff Shuttle was available at most times Big Clean Rooms 15 mins drive to Miami International Cons : No bottled Water in Rooms Coffee machine in Rooms but offered only Decafe Unsightly metal furniture ( clothes racks ) infront of beds .

We stayed here pre-cruise so there was no problem being there on time. I did not realize the Super Bowl was taking place in Miami the same day we left for our cruise. The Red Roof Inn had a very good price for the one-night stay considering the time frame. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and quiet as well.

Enjoyed the free grab & go breakfast (Coffee & muffins, granola bars etc.) Free WiFi worked perfect. Super nice front desk staff and room was clean and smelled nice. Great budget hotel for simple stays (work stays, short stays or just trying to save while on vacation.) Location is close to airport and a short drive to Food, gas, basic shopping needs. Car needed definit...

simple, clean hotel with very big room with clean bed linen. the hotel is in a short driving distance from the airport and has very good price as it seems that airport hotel close to miami are expensive. internet in the room was not working (or very very slow) that was the negative point about this hotel. the breakfast is really good, with a lot of options, good servic...

It was close to the airport, 15 min tops. Shuttle every hour. Room was a non-smoking, but smelled bad, like a "de-smoked" room that never works. I had to put the A/C on max so the air started to feel better. But the front desk was nice, and I was only there for 5 hours. No breakfast.

The problem is not the hotel, the problem is AGODA Customer service is a fake, they do not exist. the phone number is always unnavailable and the other one is in asia, no way to make a change or cancelation, My advise, DO NOT make any deal with this companym or say goodby to your money.

I got a good deal of $189 total for the 2 nights I stayed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location not bad either. There’s a Starbucks and several small shops including a dentist on the property. The room was good enough for me as a solo traveler. Cleanliness was standard. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

My daughter won the opportunity to attend a two week Java and HTML coding seminar in downtown Miami. After looking into accommodations in the downtown area it became obvious that parking was going to be expensive. We thereby decided to book a room for 12 nights in Doral at the Candlewood Suites. We had a very good experience ! The room was perfect - with a small k...

A great new health and wellness brand from IHG with exercise mats in the rooms. There's also a foam roller (useful after a long flight) and various yoga and other paraphernalia. Staff member Keisha kindly allocated a room based on my room request, and other staff members were similarly helpful and professional. It's close to the airport, with a shuttle every 30 minut...

Spacious room and very comfortable. Good internet. Nice and helpful staff. Good shuttle service to the airport. Laundry available and iron in room. Breakfast acceptable. Miami rail and bus stations at less than 10 minutes walk. I would stay there again.

We wanted to spend a day in Miami between our cruise and going home. Chose to stay close to the airport at Comfort Suites Miami Airport. The location close to airport, shuttle service to airport, clean room along with friendly staff was great. We ate meals at the Bar & Grill down the street which was within walking distance. We needed to taxi anywhere that we wante...

I arrived miami at 2am in the morning after a long flight. Luckily the hotel provide shuttle service from airport to hotel. The room was good enough for me to have a few hours sleep and head back to airport for another doemestic flight. The room has all the basic amenities and very clean and quite. It was a nice stay

The Intercontinental at Doral is a five-star property that offers all the comforts and attention to detail. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They feature large flat-screen TVs and convenient storage areas. Amentities are very nice and include elegant bathrobes. The hotel has a business center and fitness area. There is also a nice outdoor swimming pool. This h...

Unfortunately we found a hair in the bath that we asked them to clean and they said they would but then didn't. Checked in quite late and the check in person was really nice but quite slow and was doing other things. It's a small thing but when you have someone checking in so late they just want to do it and be done with it. They also charge $10 per package to accept ...

For our last night of our florida trip before having our flight in Miami, we decided to stay at the Sofitel by the airport. The night was good, convenient next to the airport by car, still plan 5-10mins to go to the return rental car. Next time I would choose an hotel closer to the beach rather next to the airport, it is just a 15 mins ride to the beach from the airpor...

Though this hotel is a way from much, it is close to downtown and accessible. Great value for the room. Recent renovations have given it a charming look, and reminders of Havana Cuba and musicians are everywhere. A good pastry shop open nearby for a great breakfast.

Nice lobby, helpful staff. First night our type of room was booked up somehow so we got upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Close to many restaurants and a few shops in coconut grove. Vizcaya estate historic building was 8$ Uber away which was amazing. Close to a park and to the water. We only had 2 nights and one full day to explore but I felt like there was ce...
5-star hotels in Miami (FL)

originally we thought we booked a 2-room room for 4 people (all adults), however it turned out to be a 2-bed room and the room was really too small for 4 people to stay (ideally the room can accommodate 4 people). other than this i think this hotel is nice and comfort. they also provide coffee and tea as well as fruit (free) in the morning in lobby. the free metro i...

I travel extensively because of my business. I have NEVER felt so comfortable at a hotel that I have never been to in my life. The management is excellent and so is housekeeping. I will definitely book my next stay with AGODA and when in Miami at the EPIC.

I no longer feel that a room is just a room. The service and the hotel were amazing! I pretty much lived in the pool. I want to fly back to Miami just to stay at that hotel!!!!! Most of the staff were wonderful too. There was a time where I wanted to charge my bill to the room, and the staff kept coming out and acting weird about it. That was a bit strange, and ...

We had a very bad experience at JW Marriott We didn't got the rooms we booked And we had to pay extra because they weren't big enough The alternative rooms were delievered 2 hours later then should And instead of compensation they tried to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in the deal! Never going back there!!!
Just booked
Traveler impressions of Miami (FL)
People may be nice, still need to be careful at night. So many clubs and bars, may be many drunk people too, right
I didn't stay here too long but I loved the beaches and the art deco style of Miami cafes and streets.
It all depends on what you enjoy, but if it involves being outside in the sun or being entertained then Miami (especially South Beach) has plenty to offer.
I don't know all of Miami, mostly South Beach. if you like the feel of a little village within a big city, then this is it! beach, hot weather, physical activities all at your doorstep.
I was told it is a devil city with lots of crime. Everyone has his gun in pocket. I feel it is not that horrible, but dare not to go out alone.
Typical American city. Downtown looks nice from far away but is not attractive during nights. I recommend the Everglades national park, which is a 40 minute drive away from downtown.
nice place for shoppers almost everywhere Spanish people its like you arrived in a Spanish Country very nice
Summer along the year is the perfect word to describe Miami. We came on winter season after christmas but the weather is warm enough in the morning and humid in the evening.
South Beach is a must see for its beach and art deco buildings. Bayfront Park at Downtown Miami is good for a stroll and buying souvenirs.
Miami has a strong latin culture, it is ease to move around without speaking english, but spanish. It is perfect for outdoor activities, shopping, arts and sightseeing.
Miami is special. Not really part of the US as such ... you can live in Miami without actually speaking a word of English! Wow! Definitely has it's charm .
Miami is a good place to visit for vacation. There are many people who enjoy and relax themselves from their work on the beaches.
Miami won me over with my first visit there, with its weather, diverse tourist and cultural attractions, Art Deco architecture of Miami Beach, and its great beaches.
Great city. First trip there as we were meant to be spending a lot of time in NYC but due to Sandy we had to change our plans.
A lively city, friendly people and they have nice hotels, shopping centers and beach park areas where you can enjoy.
Miami and to a greater extent, Florida, does not really cater to tourists who do not drive. Attractions are far apart and in certain parts of Miami and Fort Lauderdale there are no restaurants or cafe within walking distance.
The beaches are long and pretty clean. Lots of people using them in summer. Water is very warm on surface.
The place has a very much mixed ethnics and everyone can easily felt blended in. Dispite the superb night life that the city offers, it is a rather safe city.
We visited Miami in July, and it was terrible hot (104 F). The city is nice. If you want to drive out to the city, use Turnbike road, as the rest are having constant traffic jams.
All year long enjoy beaches, nightlife, restaurants, and many more. Miami is a place where you would want to satay forever.

More about Miami (FL)
Of course, South Beach is where the Miami party hits a frenetic pitch, with what seems like everyone in the world is simultaneously converging on the beaches and dance floors of this exciting district. Most of South Beach may be exclusive, but the party is available to everyone, and even more so to those who are ready to splurge for the kinds of service and amenities this district can offer. The Art Deco district of South Beach is where visitors can find some of the best accommodations in the city, as well as access to the largest concentration of Art Deco architecture. The Latin population of Miami is among the highest in the country, if not the highest, and Little Havana is one of the best places to experience the ins and outs of the Cuban culture that permeates much of Miami. The thriving community of Little Havana has had a profound effect on the overall culture of Miami, making it feel as if it’s a tropical destination far away from the States.
