"Hotel's location is great. Few meters from the metro train and away from the busy night life. (It is also near the nagoya castle if you like walking.) Rooms were not that big but this is standard for Japan hotels. Everyday housekeeping was great. Not much selection for breakfast buffet. I suggest get your food at the nearest 7-11 or any convenience store near it. "

"Really nice hotel for its money. Room size is typical of Japanese hotels but good enough for a couple travelling with 2 medium luggage. Nice that there is a 'pantry area' with free unlimited self-service hot and cold drinks. Breakfast buffet spread is really good and better than other dearer hotels I have stayed around Nagoya. 1 minute walk to an underpass leading to subway station which is one stop from Nagoya main station. Lost of good food options if you explore the hotel vicinity. This is the best hotel out of the 3 different hotels we've stayed in Nagoya during our trip. Will be back..."

"The room is perfect - the lock system, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was very nice, the shower facilities were good. However, the location of the hotel was very far from the nearest subway station (Sakaemachi station) - a 9-min walk. There is a limousine bus service from a hotel nearby (Nagoya Tokyu Hotel) that has a direct bus service (1,200 yen) to Nagoya Chubu Centrair airport - so that was quite conveninet. The area around the hotel gets very quiet at night - with nothing much around theh hotel."

"The hotel is 5-10 minute walk from Sakae subway station. If you come with heavy luggage, would recommend to use the exits with escalators or elevators, which will land you inside other building (but you can find your way out just fine), but it's better than lug those bags upstairs. The hotel itself is quite new and located in the middle of nightlife neighborhood, so there're bars everywhere. The room, the bed is quite comfy, but no air humidifier which I think should have been provided during winter. The breakfast was 'The Best'. I loved the traditional Japanese ingredients for the rice very much, especially the black paste. The coffee making machine was awesome. By the way, I happened to have seen the controversial book 'The Real History of Japan' that you purposely placed in the room. It's ABSURD. And since I saw the news that you are going to remove it, I'll have no complaints about this."

"I stay in this hotel on my first day in Nagoya. It's very convenient and easy to get there from the airport because it's next to JR, subway and railway station. The hotel can directly go to the foodcourt and department store which is easy to take my babystroller. The room is large compared with my other hotel in Nagoya. It has many space even I open my two lugguages in my room. "

"This is my first visit to Nagoya. Glad that I choose this hotel as it seems new and modern. Everything is perfect.. Location just 5 mins stroll to station, surounded by shopping, lots of shopping ( I was surprised!) Both branded and non branded. Many eateries too but MUST try their local Unagi rice and the famous one( Maruya Honten Meiekiten) located in a mall which is just 5 mins walk from hotel.. Of course good stuff need to queue but really worth it! We ate there twice during my 2 nights stay.. That's how good it is!! We aren't Unagi's fan but definitely must eat in Nagoya. My only issue with the hotel is the rubbish bin in toilet is too small, so maybe can look into it this small matter. Other than that.. I will be back again when I visit Nagoya. "
