Very Good”
I enjoyed my stay at Citymax hotel Bur Dubai, the rooms are lovely, the breakfast and feeding options are really good too. I was particularly impressed by the staff behavior and kindness particularly Li (reception) and the rest Rutuja and Neha. All the staff at the restaurants too were good and the cleaners and engineers and pool guard, everyone was good but for me Li was most outstanding. I’ll sure visit again

Very good value for money. My check-in & check-out was completed in flat 2 minutes time though I checked in late in the evening & checked out early morning. The linens are super clean & house keeping staff are on their vigil to keep the room fresh when I come back after a tiring day.

Clean and budget friendly”
The hotel is very budget friendly considering the amenities provided. Most of the rooms are without balcony and temperature in general cannot be bumped up beyond 22 degrees. Closed room feeling & not comfortable for people who love fresh and open air with balconies. A double bed is created by joining 2 single beds here (not comfy for a solo traveller). The Wifi here is one of the best when compared to good hotels here around in bur dubai. Food options are great

This is can be deemed as an ideal hotel for a traveler visiting Dubai. Room tariff compared to services and amenities offered was uncomparable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was checked in by Shomaila and she was very helpful, welcoming and proficient with her work. Reviews: Location: The location is great. It is close to supermarket and fast food joints, so you can get a quick late night snacks or stock your mini fridge anytime during your stay. Room: Room was clean with clean sheets. Bed was very comfortable. They writing desk was spacious and placed right across the window which had a good view . The room lighting was well designed with good illumination. Bathroom was very clean and the shower amenities were excellent. Hotel Restaurants: The hotel offers a wide selection of restaurants. It offers a good breakfast. For lunch and dinner there are various restaurants catering to different palate and taste from across the world. It has a very vibrant coffee shop.
