There should have been free toothbrush, soap and shampoo so for a more pleasant stay. And also, kindly clean the elevator and hallways ;)

Budget hotel in Little India ”
The family room was surprisingly spacious for Singapore hotels. The location was great in the heart of Little India. It's a very old hotel and decor and facilities outdated. Staff weren't very friendly either. The room had cockroaches crawling around stains on the walls. The hotel was fine for one night but you wouldn't want to be staying there a long time.

our first night was completely horrible..reach late night from Airport due to delay of flight and got a room which was full of deadly insects...but late mid-night thy changed that though...while i asked i suppose to reach by 8 PM of evening but it's delayed now 12.30 AM so, everything should be ready by now...no answer

No Water Bottle or even a drinking glass in room No Kettle , but has got tea and coffee powder”
Inspite reminding twice the hotel staff did not bother to give me a kettle to make coffee.I had to go out to a restaurant to have my morning coffee. Did not feel like to come and stay here on my next visit.

Nice place, good locality..but need to renovate not most..but all of the rooms i believe. V-comfortable bed, bathroom all items working as it should, but v- decrapit condition & foul smelling espacialy room assign to me. So sad kinda like the hotel..

staff not polite. No staff to carry Luggage. As I am the age of 73 years and my wife aged 65 and my sister aged 63, it was very difficult to carry luggage to the room allocated to us in the 6 floor although by Lift. But from the Taxi to Lift there was a corridor long way to carry the luggage by hand. There was no help from the Hotel authority. Same thing happened when we checked out also. For young people with less luggage may be suitable. Thanks. I do not recommend for older Men/women. Breakfast was good.
