As you walk up to reception a big picture of the great man greets you. The restaurant is similarly decorated in WW2 style. Staff are friendly and polite. The whole place is clean and functional.

A truly great experience if you wish to travel back in time. A Soviet made - tv-set. A Soviet-made (roaring like a bear) fridge and, naturally for the USSR, non working Wi-Fi. A lovely place within couple of bus stops from the Kremlin. Clean.

GREAT staff!!! The room is clean with all the amenities. Friendly and careless staff although the language is a barrier. They will do their best to help you. The breakfast buffet is amazing except not much fruit or juices to select. Marive works at the receptions and she is extraordinary to help. I will definitely recomend this hotel to families and couples.

The hotel was close to the Olympic Stadium, however, there was no direct transport between the hotel and stadium. We had to walk 3km from hotel to stadium. The room was clean, but a bit too small.

The hotel was US $ 20 and clean. The staff are kind. 3 stops by bus to center, cost 26ruble. However, if you do not speak Russian language well,,, i dont recomended you never the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. They claim roughly two or three times the price, more expensive than the original price for very poor dishes.

We didn't know what to expect but we were positively surprised. It's clean, people are as helpful as they can be (language barrier, but it's like this every where in Sochi/Adler) and spacious rooms. The room price was also good.

Stayed at the hotel in November. Despite the cool weather in the room was warm. A heated floor. Rooms are spacious, with a balcony. The hotel has a very friendly staff. However, as it was low season, the hotel restaurant was not working. Since Lazarevskoye is a small village it is possible to say that the hotel is located near the sea and the main entertainment.

Boring place for rest with children. Not interesting spa zone, poor entertainment. No lake or river on the territory. Empty minibar. The only possible reason to go again - to have a quite rest with children.

Location near to the monastery, 15 walk from train station, staffs are really friendly. They let us check in earlier because we were traveling with a baby, upgraded our room and provide free breakfast. The back yard is so beautiful, especially in winter. Perfect for short gateway. We stayed in the Comfort Twin Room and it was quite large. It was expensive, but most of Russia is. There wasn't any English spoken but we were able to check in, check out and figure out where breakfast was without needing it. The buffet breakfast was simple but adequate. The location was the best thing about this hotel, it was right next to the monastery.

Everything was just splendid for except one day there were troubles with hot water, which appeared to be cold, and staff could only tell me "don't touch the water heater, just try to let the water run from tap for a while". This hint didn't work, but people say that taking cold shower might be useful for health, so that's how I keep myself calm about my underwater free...

IT was a great, relaxing time after being on the train for days. It was also great to come back and soak after a 20km hike. Very quiet and relaxing.

Quite close to the railway station, not may restaurants or shops around the hotel.

Exceptional price for a good service

This place is possibly the perfect hotel, we were there in the low season and so they had a few less lights etc running in the foyer but this in no way spoiled our stay! If you are looking at this place, be quick and book a room!

Very good hotel in the old part of Yaroslavl, one block from the Volga. Great restaurant/bar on site. Nice rooms in an interesting old building. I would stay here again.

Relaxed and comfortable

VERY far away from civilication (in the forest!!), even taxi driver didn't know where this hotel is. Had some troubles with TV-set VERY poor breakfast (only porridge, boiled eggs and bread) But room is nice and clean. Good view from the window. Not bad variant for a modest tourist with auto.

Very cozy place, perfect on a budget in the center of Vyborg. The Lady doesn't speak any English but will do anything to help you, you can use Google translate haha. Fun experience!

The hotel is situated just a corner from the shopping district and about 10-15mins walk to the Qul Shariff Mosque. During my birthday, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. Breakfast was good with varieties of hot drink and food. Nice bed and clean bathroom. Couldn't ask for more. Had a pleasant stay.

Great experience overall. Very populated hotel due to the mall inside. The Tower part has better rooms than the Royale part. Gym, pool, Turkish bath is in Royale part. Tower Hotel part has the Extra Lounge, which I totally recommend, very friendly staff and great panoramic view over the city.

Hard to get to unless you know Russia. But once we did we enjoyed ourselves. Armenian man there spoke English and was very helpful. Very clean room. The hotel staff are advanced Russian who can communicate with guests in English. This is more advantageous than most of the hotels in Russia when english cannot be always expected as a channel of communications. This hotel is in a good location. The room was very basic, but spacious and quite clean. Don't expect much, but it is an alright value for the money.

Very nice stay. Friendly staff. 10 mins by bus from the center which never bothered us (and we have two small children), 27roubles per adult and you are anywhere in the city where you want to be. Excellent location next to the pedestrian walkway park. Easy to get using bus from railway station. Very friendly staff. Basic hostel but checks most of the boxes you need - shared bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Make sure to get the code so you can enter the courtyard to access the hostel. The entrance is through a gate. It's not obvious.
