Pros and Cons”

1. My room was above their outdoor nightclub which played music until 3am each night. I complained and nothing happened. 2. I tripped and fell off a lobby decking that had a hidden lip of 1.5 inches and almost broke my neck. Soon after, I watched and multiple people tripped as well. I notified mgt. and they did nothing. 3. They allowed a family birthday party of 30 people in their closed restaurant just off the main lobby at mid-day and they were so loud that I could not have a conversation with a client in the lobby area adjacent to it. Their children were running throughout the hotel screaming and jumping on furniture as well. I told the front desk and they did nothing and offered no alternatives for my business meeting use. 4. Breakfast buffet was good. 5. Agoda room rate was OK as well.

The hotel was really good. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the pool and rooftop restaurant. My room also has a good view. sheikh Zayed road was just a 2 mins walk. Would recommend this hotel.

New Hotel”

Near World Trade Center and Metro Metro station, about 10-15min walk. Hotel is new, need to improve in cleanliness of guest room. The same rubbish and opened sanitiser pouch on the floor and table were not picked up for my entire stay for 4D3N.
