After reading other views I was sceptical to come here but it is very clean. The bed was great. The light control panel was great. The only thing I wish I could change is when I put the pod in sleep mode a few led lights stay on but other then that its a great place. I made many friends here and was able to call people on my computer with no issues. The internet was fast 80% of the time except sometimes when everyone is using it, it slows down. Overall I would give it an 8.5 out of 10 considering the price I paid relative to other places in the area. I found comfort In the futuristic feeling pod. The staff were all lovely. I will probably come back soon.
I thought the hotel was clean and the capsule was so nice compared to a traditional hostel bed. You get some real privacy inside which is quite nice! The staff were super helpful. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was never open and there is no good way to meet other travellers here. It was very serene and peaceful though!
This is good for a one time experience and if you are looking to stay on a budget. The capsule was clean and everything was functioning. The one visible problem though is with the public restrooms. The hooks are way too high for persons shorter than 5 foot 3 inches to hang their clothes from. I hope you guys take note because this is a very real problem especially given that this is the only place when can change their clothes. Also the place around has very few food options post 9pm. Make sure that you are there early.

“Musty & Mouldy”
I usually give generous ratings and enjoy supporting businesses, but this place made it difficult to even give 4 stars—so here’s a detailed review. Before arriving in Da Nang, I reached out via email and text to ask about early check-in or storing our bags, but got no response. Thankfully, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the kitchen area upon arrival. Not a major issue for us, but better communication would’ve been appreciated, especially if customers have urgent matters. We booked a windowless queen room for 6 nights, which we've done before elsewhere with no issues. Unfortunately, this one had a strong musty smell, visible mold on the walls and shower curtain, and a sewer-like odor from the drain after just one shower. A staff member kindly cleaned the bathroom after we raised our concerns, but the smell persisted. We asked to switch rooms, and thankfully they accommodated us without trouble and offered a refund for that night-to be processed the next day. The new room with windows was better. The next day, we asked to use the refund for an extra night, but the staff kept insisting we had already received the refund in cash—which we hadn’t. That confusion dragged on for two days, but eventually, we were able to stay the extra night. We also requested cleaning twice by leaving the “Please clean room” sign on our door, but the room was never cleaned. On the bright side, the private rooms are cheap, fairly spacious, and comfortable for couples. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants, with nightlife just a few minutes' drive away. Reception is 24/7, and the evening staff (specifically the man with glasses) was friendly. If you do stay here, I’d suggest booking 1–2 nights first to see how you feel. The room layout and the whole concept are nice, but the place could really use better ventilation and a deep clean to deal with the mold.
