This hotel is just remarkable. We had the best stay we could hope for. The villa was huge and so spacious, we had our private pool, and if we wanted to go to the main pool there was a buggy car ready to take us there whenever we want. The hotel is right on the beautiful and cleanest beach. Our almost 3 years old girl was so happy with the club house there, so many beautiful activities. The staff were just great. Especially Alex and Viet. Thank you very much. We cannot wait to come back again.
We had a great stay in a big 2-bedroom villa. Overall villa with private pool was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen cooking facilities were disconnected so a microwave would have been great for kids food. Breakfast was great with wide selection. We had resort package with 3 course lunch or dinner included, which was good value even if food was a bit hit and miss. Common pool area was a bit small with sunbeds easily filling up. Staff was fantastic and the kids really enjoyed travelling around the resort area in little golf buggies.

The exact resort name is Marriott Vinpearl Resort. Previously, Vinpearl Resort & Spa was acquired by Marriott, and thus the Marriott name is included. The Vinpearl Luxury Hotel I visited first also has the Marriott name, but since it is a different place, please do not confuse them. All accommodations at Marriott Vinpearl Resort are in villa form. On the first day, I used the buggy to get my bearings, but it is also possible to walk from the lobby to the accommodations and the beach pool for a stroll. All the staff, including the lobby staff, are truly friendly. While the facilities inside the accommodations may show some age, the surrounding environment makes up for it. It is a very good resort with a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. After Marriott's acquisition, the prices have increased, so I am not sure what the prices will be in the future, but if the opportunity arises, I definitely want to visit this resort again and actively recommend it. I would like to express my gratitude once again to Mr. Win, who helped me a lot at the front desk, and also thank Mr. Stephen for his kindness in delivering the buggy. Thanks to the very friendly staff, it seems I will have lasting memories of a wonderful time in Da Nang.

The villa was spacious and very comfortable for accommodation. I had specific requests due to having a child, and I really appreciated the smooth assistance provided. Lee, Harry, Hayoon, and Alice were the best staff I've ever met. The private pool inside the villa seems a bit small, but it’s not a bad choice for a family of four to play in. The main pool is not centrally located, so the movement can be a bit inconvenient, but there’s no need to worry as you can easily move around in a buggy at any time. The quality of the breakfast was also very good. Thank you for a pleasant trip at a good price.

I traveled with my parents! The accommodation was so satisfying that the whole family kept saying, "Thank you for reserving such a great place, daughter." Originally, we booked for two nights, but we had to cancel one night on-site due to personal reasons. It was truly a perfect place, so it was very disappointing not to be able to stay an extra day. When I canceled the one night, the hotel staff could have been upset, but they were very kind and helpful. Especially, a female staff member named Benny at the reception was extremely nice. Since I could not understand English, she even turned on a translator herself to help me understand everything one by one, which touched me. There was a male bellboy named Alex who spoke Korean very well, so my parents were happy too. He drove us to our room in a buggy when we checked in, and when I mentioned how beautiful the resort scenery was, he stopped and took photos for us, and helped with our luggage while explaining how to use the accommodation in detail. Thank you, Alex! When we checked out, my parents said they had to say goodbye to Alex, so we made the final farewell as we left. :) The breakfast had a variety of menus and was really delicious. It seems that breakfast in any accommodation in Vietnam is just tasty. However, this place had particularly diverse food options, making it great to choose from. So it was fun to pick and eat, and above all, they prepared pho, banh mi, and omelets freshly for you, so you should definitely try them. Have them twice! (But the Korean food was 'sloppy Korean food haha,' so I wouldn’t recommend it - it probably makes sense not to expect much from Korean food in Vietnam anyway, haha.) The resort is really large. Because of this, you move around the resort in a vehicle called a "buggy." It's a bit ambiguous to call it a car, but it's slightly larger than those used on golf courses... After taking the buggy to the lobby, you need to catch a taxi from there, so if you have an appointment, it would be better to prepare more leisurely! The accessibility of the resort is good too. Because of the characteristics of the city of Da Nang, it takes only 10 minutes to anywhere you go by Grab, and at most 15 minutes. I stayed with my mom and dad and originally booked a 2-bedroom villa + private pool. However, since we arrived early and said we would wait until the check-in time, they kindly upgraded us to a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. We each had our own room. Sharing among three people felt like living in a palace. I thought it would be perfect to come next time with five people and rent the 3-bedroom villa + private pool! (It seems like we could enjoy without being crowded.) In addition to the private pool, we also used the resort pool (the one for other guests), which had a truly wonderful background... And just a little further from the pool, there was the beach... My mom and dad went down there and walked barefoot haha. Anyway, it was truly a dream-like experience. I loved it. Next time I go to Da Nang, I will definitely stay here.
