Great hotel but extras VERY expensive”

Located on the southern end of the Tel Aviv beach strip, with great proximity to a few of the southern beaches, the hotel is beautifully designed (and renovated), and offers charming facilities: outdoor pool, beautiful lobby and lounge area, and (at least on the renovated floors) very comfortable, and decent-sized rooms. Location-wise, one should note that it is not so close to the main cafe and restaurant strips of Tel Aviv, as it is closer to Jaffa. That said, Jaffa and the historical neighbourhood of Neve Tzedek are relatively close, which offers a different perspective of Tel Aviv. The only down-side is the fact that, for a 5-star hotel, once you have the room, you're still paying for things! Most frustrating is the WiFi internet situation: not only do you have to pay for it, you have to pay for it REPEATEDLY if you want to use it on separate devices (e.g. a laptop and an iPhone). In-house meals on Shabbat (Friday dinner & Saturday lunch) cost US$65 per person, and in-room movies were a whopping $17 each! I would recommend this hotel in general, but its slightly non-central location, and its prices should be taken into account.

Intercontinental David Tel Aviv Hotel is a nice hotel with good amenities and good service too. the room is big and very comfortable. the hotel staff are all very helpful and always smiling and willing to help.

If you’re used to the creature comforts of the western world, this is the hotel for you. Intercontinental does not disappoint, all the services are top class and are the same as all of their hotels world wide That I’ve visited. Old Jaffa is just a 15 minute stroll along the sea side .Beautiful views of the ocean from your room if you get the ocean view rooms. Security at the hotel is very high- be prepared to be questioned at the door when you return ... that would be my only complaint, security personnel at the door could be more polite , they were very abrupt and rude .

Historic hotel in the centre of Jerusalem”

Stayed at the King david over a weekend recently with my wife and 4 young children.Had booked interconnecting rooms but when we checked in at 1pm we were told only 1 room was available and the interconnecting room was not available.Told by reception we would have to wait until maybe 3/4 pm then it was 6pm then we were told that the occupants of the other room had been granted a late check out because of Shabbat. we would not have our other room until 8pm.I tried but there was no other rooms they could offer we would just have to wait.They offered 50% discount on the 1 room but I would much have prefered not to have to spend time in 1 room with my family of 6. Rule is do not check in to the hotel on a saturday during a religious holiday. Otherwise the hotel is unique because of the lovely gardens and pool which is great if you have children as it is the only hotel in jerusalem that has enough garden space for them to run around.

Perfect stay”

Had a really flawless time at this hotel. Everything was perfect... we had a sensational room with a view to die for! The staff were superb. No complaints. Would stay here again... no doubt.

the hotel has a nice location at the beach. not one of the greatest but still ok. the room has a nice balcony from which you can see the ocean. the room is comfortable, the lightening quite dark. overall the hotel is quite impersonal and huge, like a conference hotel. the service is slow, lots of staff but still no service and attention. the front office staff that served us wasn’t that helpful especially when we were asking for directions around the hotel, and when they directed us to the conference it was the same thing. the breakfast was not so great. the avis staff was quite rude and indifferent. i would not recommend renting a car at the hotel. the car we rented was not in the best condition. i will not stay there again.

Bon Hôtel”

Hôtel situé en bord de plage, personnel accueillant et très à l'écoute des clients. Propreté des chambres très bonne, literie excellente. Petit-déjeuner correct.

Niveau des services très décevant”

Une multitude de déceptions au niveau des services. Nous avons attendu les chambres jusqu'à 17h00 le jour du check-in et avons dû les réclamer à plusieurs reprises, A chaque room service, le plateau n'était jamais complet (oublis multiples), un jour, la chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'à 18h30 et encore, j'ai du relancer. Un "couple" de concierge snob, condescendant et très avare d'informations, des erreurs de facturation au départ avec affectation de consommation au bar qui n'étaient pas les nôtres...Bref une gestion assez calamiteuse des services qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel de cette catégorie et à ce prix. Point positif: bien placé pour visiter à pied Jaffa et un beau lobby.

schlechter Service vor Ort mit andauernden Diskussionen, check in erst verspätet möglich weil zunächst Zimmer nicht bezugsfertig und dann Kodierung der Karten nicht möglich, keine Sitzauflagen im Außenbereich mit Verweis auf Regen obwohl strahlender Sonnenschein, zu wenig Außenplätze zum Frühstück etc.

きれいなホテルでした。ビーチの端にあるため、ビーチで遊ぶ等の予定がある人はもう少しビーチ中央に位置するホテルの方が良いと思いますが、ビジネスで来ていたため不満はありません。

החסרונות מחיר של החדר מוגזם ביחס למלונות בתל אביב חניה 40$ ליום מוגזםםםם אחרי שנאמר לנו שהמחיר 100 ש"ח מבאס יותר שאגודה כתבה במחיר שהמיסים כלולים ושהגענו למלון חייבו אותנו בעוד 17% מע"מ

יקר אבל טוב”

ניתן להנות מהנוף של הים מכל חדר. המרפסת מרווחת יחסית למרפסות אחרות של מלונות בלת אביב. החיסרון שאין פרטיות בין מרפסת למרפסת. המיקום מעולה. קל לצאת ולטייל ממנו ברגל, לנווה צדק, לשוק, ליפו ולים. וכל זאת מבלי שהחדר יהיה מעל לכביש סואן. תודעת שירות גבוהה, וטיפול בתקלות נהדר : התלוננו על תקלה בטלויזיה והגיעו במהירות לתקן, הכריות שהיו בחדר היו מאוד דקות אך כשביקשתי סוג אחר קיבלנו 4 כריות נהדרות. . ובסוף גם התקשרו לשמוע האם היינו מרוצים והאם הכל התבצע. גם זאת במהירות גבוהה. היה קצת מאכזב שיידענו את ההזמנות שאנו חוגגים אירוע. בדרך כלל ומניסיון ממלונות אחרים שעבדתי בהם נהוג ששולחים משהו צנוע לחדר (יין, סלסלת פירות..), ואילו במלון לא קיבלנו כלום. ארוחות בוקר טובות כיאה למצופה מהמלון. לסיכום היה יכול להיות מושלם אלמלא המחיר המאוד גבוה.

גועל נפש, שירות ביזיון, לא נחזור לשם אף פעם, לא נמליץ לאף אחד, פשוט מאוכזבים, נהרס לנו כל הסוף שבוע”

קיבלנו חדרים בשעה 18:15 במקום בשעה 14:00 עמדנו בקבלה מעל שעתיים מתחננים לקבל חדר היינו עייפים. פשוט זילזול אומרים שלא מצאו את ההזמנה אומרים לנו שהאתר שביצענו בו את ההזמנה עבד עלינו שיקר עלינו שזו רמאות וביקשו מאיתנו להוסיף כסף פשוט גנבו אותנו לאור יום. הייתי רוצה לדבר טלפונית עם נציג שלכם ולספר לו הכל 972-54-222-88-62+
