The Villa is tastefully designed with Modern touch yet providing comfortable surroundings for guests to enjoy their short stay at Desaru.

Basic Hotel amenities such as: iron, hair dryer, kettle, microwave, fridge, towels and toiletries are provided.

The Bedrooms Setting is as follows:-
1. Master Bedroom: One (1) King Bed + Two (2) Single Floor Mattresses

“Great value ”
Affordable price.. comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Location is a bit quiet. The facilities provided were satisfactory, although there were a few amenities that could have been improved. The light is broken in upper room. no gas to cook but they have electronic cooker stove. A little slow to cook. But we still highly recommend it for families that looking for a great value getaway.

“Disappointing Stay – Dirty BBQ, Broken Appliances, Missing Amenities”
I stayed at Arcadia Villa No. *** by Beestay in Desaru. While the villa is spacious and suitable for families or groups, my experience was disappointing due to multiple issues: 1. Deposit Policy – They required an RM200 deposit at check-in, promised to refund within 48 hours, but it has still not been returned, even after following up. 2. BBQ Pit – The BBQ pit was dirty and not maintained. I had to clean it myself before using it. 3. Kitchen & Appliances – The listing advertised a “full kitchen”, but it only had an induction cooker, and the fridge was not cooling, making food storage difficult. 4. Unit Confusion – When booking, the site showed a different house number. After booking, they asked me to move to another unit, which was confusing and unprofessional. 5. Bathroom Issues – All the toilets did not have bidet handles, which was inconvenient and not mentioned in the listing.

“My stay at 31 Arcadia ”
The Place was well decorated and big. Love the bright paint at the Villa. But I felt it lack the Home Feeling. Some of the remote control were missing the Batteries and cover Toilet were clean but the Water spray were missing for all 5 toilets. Instruction to check in and Wifi password were clear. The TV were slightly hard to manage and the Astro channels were not working. Other then that all was good.

“Above average”
It was nice walk in first expression . They don’t have gas stove hood up and water filter leak. Rice cooker missing the pot to cook . They don’t have complete set of kitchen stuffs ( pots / pans and utensils/plates. We can’t even cook at all. We waste our money to buy food to cook . No clothes towel to dry dishes . Some bedroom water heater doesn’t work at all . Lot of light switches broken without cover . It was kind of dangerous. Missing Fan and AC control for each room . Roaches under the sink . The kitchen need to be clean it good . Dining table broken legs . They need to have someone repair all the broken switches . The floor mat dirty . Try to contact the person in charge , she didn’t reply to us after few texted .

“Good for budget family stay”
The place is generally clean but there were a few things that were split. The heater in one of the rooms does not work. I see this is a repeated comment made in a few reviews but nothing has been done yet. Also a few of the light switch buttons were missing. Floor near dining table is a bit sticky and there's a dead cockroach in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. Overall, it is good for a one night stay for large families.
