strategic location. easy access to mini mart, restaurants and there's even a mall just behind the residence. the parking bay is quite far for elders. best to drop them off at the lobby first then park your car. the house is very clean and complete. just lacking of mirror and an ironing board. regardless of that, definitely recommended 👍🏻

Owner is responsive and helpful. House is clean, quite and cozzy. Location is good and surround with restaurants and a mall for essential needs. 10-15 minutes drive to Desaru beach. Definitely worth for its value.

Brand new apartment, good location within walking distance to SKS mall. Lots of eateries nearby. Very clean and well-maintained homestay. Nice house owner too. He shared with us a few good makan place to try in Desaru.

Great Price, Great Location”

We loved our stay in this condo. Very convenient as it's at the Penawar Town and very close to Desaru beach( need to drive). Many restaurant there and the famous lobster restaurant just few row of buildings. Checking is straight forward and the instructions by the host was very clear. Thanks!
