Villa is positioned at high elevated land, there is no concern about flooding even at the wettest season. Fully aircon in 2 halls, dining area, 4+1 bedrooms and 5 toilets. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets (1 attached, 1 common) at ground floor and 3 bedroom and 3 toilets (all with attached toilet) at upper floor. There is a huge Master bedroom balcony to enjoy sun setting. This is the corner villa equipped with Professional KTV system for guests to sing through the night and there is no worry about disrupting neighbour sleep even deep at night as villa. A built up of 2,600 sqf of 2-storey villa and a 2,200 sqf garden space certainly provide a lot of room for everyone even at 25 pax. Guests can organize outdoor activities like outdoor BBQ, Steamboat, buffet within the compound and kids have space to run about. An Exclusive Private Swimming Pool just beside the main sitting hall for guest to chill and relax in hot summer day.
Guest who has planned to cook or BBQ, villa has well equipped utensil and culinary to use. All cooking items, ingredients, seafood, meats, veg, spices all can be obtain from nearby SKS Super / Wet markets. BBQ, sticks and Tongs are free to use, guest may purchase Charcoal, Fire starters and new Mesh from nearby min / super Mart.

Short circuit twice. Once when checked in. Second when returned trip from outside. Feedback to host but host put the fault on us. A lot of ants at dining area. The place is not well maintained. There are some non-working fans and lights. Only thing I like is only the location which is a few mins drive to the eateries.
hi Christine, sorry to hear about the problems that you are having with the villa. rest assure that we always clean up the villa after guest stayed and also do a pre-check before guest enter. the power trip might occur sometimes in malaysia. we are also in the progress of changing some of the lights and fans but i am sure that there is aircon and other lights as well that is sufficient for stay ! nonetheless, we will continue to seek improvement so that your next stay can be more enjoyable.
