Hotel stay was pleasant n worth every penny. They've upgraded their facilities since the last time i came here. Now it is equipped with glass door gym overseeing the pool, futsal grass field, volleyball area, swings and spa. We went to Desaru for a surfing trip, and we stayed in this hotel. To go to the surfing beach, you have to arrange for a taxi to pick you up at the hotel. The hotel is just beside a mall and some restaurants. On one of the levels, there's a bar (where they have a duo singing) and a play room where you can play billiards. This is not the best hotel in Desaru, however my kids love it so much because of the water slide. I think they must play 30 times. This is our 2nd time here and we will come again.

Rooms were big. Staff surprised us with a change for my room from family suit 1bed room to a pent house. Not sure why but was the best surprise. Rooms were spacious. Just that 1 of the rooms aircon werent in working condition only can be used as fan. Great beach view. Cooling swimming pool. Not crowded. Private space. Overall great experience. The check in process and courteous hospitality just amazes me. It’s my second time to Desaru for work and this place makes everything fast and convenient although the location is off the main town area. Love the comfortable room and it is notably clean.
