Stayed during off peak season, so the hotel was quiet. Located really close to the airport but there's no noise disturbance from planes. Excellent hotel in Kuala Terengganu with 5 star facilities. Rooms are clean and big enough for small family or newly married couples. Awesome AV systems 'BOSE' and nice set up in the bathroom - big size bathroom consist of Shower, Bathtub, and dressing area. Thinking of coming again next year.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. In terms of the facilities in the room, I believe the management could do better in maintaining the air conditioner,refrigerator and as well as the bathroom functions. After all, it was a great experience for us in Kuala Terengganu :)

Room is spacious, Staff is friendly and Location is great. It's an old hotel but easy to get grabcar and nearby (walking distance) with major attractions (chinatown and dataran shahbandar) in Kuala Terengganu. Breakfast is a part of the deal of the hotel too.

nice budget hotel with a great view. its located just a step to pantai batu buruk. the hotel is clean, comfortable and value for money (affordable). restaurants and other tourist attractions are located within walking distance from the hotel. This place is cheap and very close to bus station. The hotel itself is small, dirty, people smoke inside and it gets in rooms. AC was cold and shower was hot, but Wi-Fi was spotty at best. If you want something nice look elsewhere, but if you want cheap AC room next to bus station this is the place for you. Also twin room was cheaper booking through Agoda.
